Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Florence

I didn’t even want to give them a star but i had to just to do a review. I order before and didn’t have major issue until now .

I ordered A dinner box with two pizzas, a pasta and cheese sticks. The cheese sticks as you can see is burnt the edges of the pizzas are burnt too. The pasta was the only good item but barely. I called to let them know that half of my order was overcooked as in burnt she proceeds to over talked me and said that she would deliver another order out but I have to have all the items in the box which my son who is four years old was hungry and decide to eat like one or two of the pizzas. My son loves pizza and he couldn’t even eat that that’s how bad it was. I also ordered wings on the app didn’t receive it so I don’t know what happened with that. So she’s so- call couldn’t replace it because of the fact that he ate off of the pizza. Like I said he’s four years old and very hungry so I couldn’t just not let him eat off of the pizza. But her attitude was not it for me because I told her I used to work for Pizza Hut before so I know how to do customer service towards an unhappy customer she told me she didn’t care about me working for pizzahut before and just doing her job. I just hung up in her face at this point because we dont want to wait and I done wasted $32 for no reason. This will be my last time ordering from this location they need to get it together. (I took the picture after i contacted them that why more than 2 pieces is missing bc my son forcing the pizza down) if our allergies wasn’t so i wouldn’t went up there up not gonna risk it...

I called this Pizza Hut and placed a $100 order for delivery that was NEVER delivered and I was charged.

Might as well throw your money in the trash because they will not take accountability for undelivered orders and they will not give you a refund unless you really push for it.

A Door Dash driver texts me and states he has been waiting for 15 minutes and finally someone told him my order was given to another “Door Dash diver “. I receive a message saying my order was delivered when it wasn’t.

So I called and called this Pizza Hut and no one answered, when finally someone did answer I asked to speak to the manager to get a refund and they placed me on hold for hours. Manager never picked up the phone.

So I finally called Pizza Hut customer service to request a refund and they said they would call me back and I still haven’t heard back from them.

I finally drove up there and requested a refund and the manager Barbara only blamed Door Dash saying they probably lied and took my food and was hesitant to give me a refund stating she couldn’t prove what I was saying was true because my delivery could be on my porch. She states she didn’t answer the phone because their “phones don’t work”.

At that point I reminded her that I called Pizza Hut NOT Door Dash and that all this over pizza was not worth it !

Anyway I needed to share that to prevent someone else from wasting their time and money, there is plenty of other pizza places in this town !...

Placed an order at 7:18pm. Delivery was supposed to be 30-40 minutes according to the app. At almost 8:30pm, I called to check on the order and the girl that answered said they were very busy and started making excuses. I asked to the manager and was put on hold. When the same girl came back on the phone, she said that all managers were busy and wouldn't come to the phone. I could hear a female in the background saying something about how backed up they were. I again asked to speak with the manager and I could hear her in the background still complaining about how busy they were. The girl said to her that that I wanted to speak to her and I heard that female say "oh he'll no!" and then she hung up the phone. Tried calling back to get manager name and no one would answer. Finally called back from a different number and the first girl answered the phone again. I asked for the manager's name who finally came to the phone and was very rude. She continued to tell me how busy they were and still refused to give her name. She once again hung up on me. I have never been treated so poorly as a paying customer before. If I could give negative stars I would. When the pizza finally showed up about 20 minutes later, I asked the driver the manager name and he played dumb and said he didn't know her name. Pizza of course wasn't even hot. Worse experience at a restaurant ever. Will never order from...
