Zaxbys Chicken Fingers & Buffalo Wings — Restaurant in Florence

Front counter staff very nice, food average compared to other Zaxbys. I've been eating at Zaxbys since it's founding in South Carolina, 2-3x per week for over a decade. I travel so I eat at locations all over the southeast regularly. The issue I have with this location (and one other near here) is Manager attitude. I always ask for "all flats" on my wings and out of an estimated 30 locations I've visited, this is the only one that refuses. I'm ok with the refusal actually, it's their prerogative I suppose. There problem is that each time the cashier asks for all flats, I get a glare from the school or Manager they ask. I don't get a no, I get a glare. When my food comes, the cashier has to tell me they denied my request. They could just say it up front instead of giving attitude and simply refusing. I've been here about 5x and it happens every time. I keep forgetting which Zaxbys does this so I end up coming back... Why just...

Honestly the experience I just had was horrible. I am normally not one to post reviews for anything, but holy cow. We ordered five things (two wings and things meals, 2 chicken finger plates, and one zak snack) and literally 85% of it was messed up. We also asked for extra seasoning for the fries. We got no seasoning at all on the fries, let alone extra. The fries weren’t cooked. Like they were slimy. They gave us messed up sauces and put the wings (we said boneless and one of them was traditional) in the wrong sauce as well. They didn’t put ice in two of our drinks (like what?). They put 3 fingers in the 4 chicken plates we asked for and didn’t put any chicken in one of the wings and things order. It took 30 minutes for food to get here (one of the people waiting in line for so angry they drove off) and it still did not come out correct. I always get the chicken finger plate (that comes with coleslaw) at zaxbys. At this specific one, they ALWAYS forget my coleslaw. This meal is more expensive than the one without the coleslaw so it’s really annoying. Also, I always get extra zaxbys sauce. Today when I went I asked if my extra zaxbys sauce was in there. The guy working says “that’s an extra 25 cents” (in a rude way) and I told him he already charged me for it. I was just making sure it was in there because they always forget to put that in there too.
