Alice and Pete's — Restaurant in Florida

Upon entering the restaurant at 1:30 pm we found the floors to have spills scattered about. It was a "seat yourself" situation, so we sat at a booth and had to ask the server to wipe out the table (which had crumbs and sticky water rings). Her reply was "sure, but the table are just sticky". We should have left, but we just checked in and had starving kids. The order came out wrong. No big deal, they fixed it immediately. However, the chicken tenders were completely raw on the inside. The entire time our server acted like she hated her job and like we were bothering her by being there. Not our best impression of this hotel right off the bat. Hopefully, the other dining establishments...

Food: Alice&Pete's Burger w/o mushrooms - came with mushrooms. Absolutely no seasoning on the burger. More than likely a frozen patty, cooked to order. Ordered medium in temp, came out well. Its like chewing on cardboard. The onion rings are good. Salad was good.

Service: service was great, because there's no one here. I felt bad for the bartender because he's definitely bored.

Atmosphere: its a nice place. The music though, are we in a fkn concert, this coming from an audio engineer. Literally had to put my ear buds in on noise canceling mode to not promote anymore of the headache I was about to have.

For a hotel of this caliber, this did not hit.

The service at dinner is fine. The service during lunch is horrible. Waited over 30 min the first time to get our order taken. When I got up and asked for status this guy’s answer was “the server will get to you when he gets to you. We are busy and there is nothing I can do about it” Finally placed the order and then waited another 30min for salads. When we asked for status the answer was it would take another 20min, maybe 30minutes. We ended up leaving. Gave them another chance for lunch a couple of days later. Restaurant under staffed. the waitress was kind and doing her best. Waited 20min to get our order taken and 20min more for a salad. Dinner...
