Island Girl Cigar Bar (Ponte Vedra Beach) — Restaurant in Ponte Vedra Beach

Nice little bar with some great bartenders. Sadly their management is not in line. Bar manager Samantha, needs to learn quite a bit about hospitality, fairness and etiquette. Extremely unpleasant attitude and truly offensive. they are gambling and playing cards for drink credits and promising patrons compensation if they win and do not follow through. I was up 2K at end of night which should be two full drink credits, she avoided the fact that I was up to 2K and gave me zero credit on the bill. So I played cards for 3 hours and didn't receive the compensation they promised or speak of. I even mentioned that I am a 2x service medal veteran and you shouldn't treat people like this...Samantha still didn't do what was right, just or fair. No negative words were exchanged and there was no elevated energy so not sure what went wrong. I hope the owner catches word of this and remedies it for future patrons and Vets alike as I will...

Terrible experience. I was invited for the first time by some friends watching a jazz concert and I ordered a drink I didn’t like. I told the server I wanted to switch it out and she agreed and took my old drink from me in exchange for something else. However, when it was time to pay, she wanted to charge me for the drink I hated and never touched ALONG WITH the drink she brought me as a replacement. She said drinks are “non refundable because they can’t be sold to someone else”. It would have been nice to know that from the start or else I would have just forced myself through the first one. I don’t recommend this place they are alimey bartenders, expensive prices for average drinks and you will leave smelling like a smoke...

I went to an event at Island girls cigar bar, My first experience, on October 2, 2021. I purchased a ticket a head of time it was about nine of us all of us paid. Nevertheless every table at the event was reserved the table we did have, while we were sitting they came and put reserve sign on the table, so that meant we had to get up when the other people get there. Who has an event that every table is reserved for groups? no individual seating or tables so we end up leaving because we didn’t have anywhere to sit, again they reserved every table for groups and We did not think that was Right we were guest and paid our money just like...
