Beef 'O' Brady's — Restaurant in Florida

My boyfriend and I came in there about 3:00 on December 14th. There was only four people scattered around the bar so we went and sat at the bar. The lady working during the day I found out his name was Bobby she walks out looks at me walks back in my boyfriend comes out of the bathroom and said did you order a drink that said no she walked out looked me walk back in somewhere else so we sat there for about another 10 minutes she finally comes around and my boyfriend so I ordered this blackberry lemonade moonshine it takes a strictly like lemonade I asked her I said are you sure you gave me the right drink she's like yeah that's just how it is and walked off very snooty. Then my boyfriend wanted to order food she said well I'm about to do a shift change I can't put your food in you're going to have to wait until the next girl gets in. I'm like wow. Not only that but she did not even bother to tell us if they had any specials that day she didn't even bother to tell us anything about their happy hour she was just extremely rude and ignored us. Needless to say the next girl that came in her name was Caitlin she is extremely nice she told us everything I wanted to know she was extremely nice to everybody at the bar. I think Bobby needs to maybe take a social skills class or maybe find a different job. I don't appreciate being treated like that we tip everyone very well because we know how hard that type of work can be and for someone to treat you like dirt for no reason and have such a snooty attitude I can't even believe they have her behind the bar. This is a nice bar and grill that you can kick back, have a drink and something to eat all while watching your favorite sports events. It is also family friendly, as there are games for the kids to enjoy as well. I was promptly greeted at the door with a welcome and a smile. The service is fast and accurate. I tried a steak nachos appetizer that was incredible! Lots of all your favorites and the taste is great. However, I also ordered the fajita trio(steak, shrimp and chicken)for dinner and it was barely edible. The fajita veggies were stuck to the skillet due to lack of oiling the pan prior to placing them in it. Luckily there was an abundance of cheese, lettuce, sour cream and salsa to make up for it. Likewise, all three meats looked good on top, but were burnt black on the bottom and stuck to the skillet. Granted the menu disclosed this as a new item, so perhaps they have not mastered the fajitas yet. My hope is that they get this under control as quickly as possible or remove it from the menu. Dessert was tasty. A chocolate icecream cake, simple, but tasty. The restaurant is clean and the the atmosphere is good and boasts a nice outdoor seating option. I will return again and give this establishment another go, but I will be ordering something other than the fajitas next time around. Hopefully I will be able to increase my rating for...

Just went to eat lunch as to I am hungry and pregnant. Walked in was was greeted right away. Sat down waited 10 minutes. No one came to even take a drink order. Seen a server walk our way and turned and checked on her other table instead And I over hear her talking with the hostess on who was going to take our order and walked away. At this point I was getting angry and just wanted a drink to start off with. We already knew what we wanted as we sat ten minutes already. But when the waitress walked away from us I got up and left. We were only a party of two and y'all were not very busy at all. This was super rude and I went to village in instead. Three minutes of sitting here I got my drink and order taken and they are slammed here. Just wanted to let y'all know I work with food and manage a food place. That was not right at all and I felt disrespected. I will not return to this location.

Update: After speaking with the owner freddy we decided to try this location again and I am so glad we did. We had an amazing server Andrew. Our food was amazing. Andrew went above and beyond to make sure our experience was great. I will be returning to this location from here on out!!
