Beef 'O' Brady's — Restaurant in Florida

I went into beef obrady in Summerfield, fl I have never been so hurt in my life totally embarrassed infront of my kid's and other guess..the waitress stormed outside falsely accusing me of not leaving a tip all because I didn't give her my whole 20$ bill for a tip..my food was totaled out like 75$ and some change I asked her to give me change for a 20$ bill so I could leave her a tip she refused all because she wanted the whole thing..I told her nicely to please get change she proclaimed she didn't want to go get change so that clearly means she wanted the whole thing..no ma'am I tried..you refused..so my kid's and I left out as we gotten to the parking lot I hear her very disrespectfully yelling at me saying so you just gonna leave without my tip..I said I tried to tip you but you wouldn't except getting me change that clearly means you're telling me you wanted my whole bill..she said fukk you and don't fukkn come back in here again..I was in shock..hurt ,disgusted and embarrassed to on lookers and my kid's..they we're as well because we all knew the truth that I tried to tip her it just wasn't what she wanted..it's not like I didn't try..but also who is she to put a price on my tipping her..some people don't tip at all here I was willing to..I cried all the way home behind that..I called spoke to management and they all apologize for her behavior and offered me to come back at they expense but I rather not because I don't look for trouble and I know if she's still there working which she should've gotten fired I'd wouldn't be for certain she could say one word to me..thank you God for keeping me humble it wasn't easy but truly worth no...

I have gone in here twice for to-go orders. I am only reviewing the bartenders' customer service in this review. The first time was a later night shift, a thin shoulder length haired brunette young lady, was the bartender. She was extremely polite, professional and friendly. I received a water upon waiting for the food and she even added lemon for me..(this was when she was extremely busy, you could tell) and she still made sure to treat me nicely. Today I picked up a morming order, the bartender who was middle aged and had long strawberry blondish hair, did not even greet me when I walked into her area. She had NO CUSTOMERS. After sitting at the bar, I told her I was there for pick up, she stated rudely that the food was not ready yet. The entire 15 minutes I waited she did not ask if I needed a drink or even smile once. When food was bagged and ready it was put next to me with a "there yah go" and no "have a good day" or "thanks"...I noticed that there was no plasticware or napkins...of course she got mad and gave me a dirty look when I asked. What a great way to start my day! Gotta love rude customer service in am I industry that depends on being at least a little friendly...I will make sure I never come here in the morning again....

This wasn’t half bad. But a lot of things need to be tweaked here:

So, my family and I ordered from here and honestly I was excited. It was close by! And had a fairly decent verity of foods on their menu! The online menu Was easy to access, fast checkout, no issues.

My issues begin once I arrived:

I pull up, and the food wasn’t ready yet despite it being past the 15min wait time. No problem at all! It was busy, and the staff was attentive enough and told me they’re working on. Super friendly staff! Zero issues with them at all, and they seemed sweet. So, I’m sitting there waiting, and then once my food comes out, we ordered 3 drinks with it. So, What am I given to hold my drinks? A old beer case. Walks up “oh. Don’t mind the beer case. Here ya go honey.” Okay… so… that was weird. Only put 2 of my drinks in there, and they were so overflowed that they were spilling. I walk out, put my stuff in the car no biggie.

I order the nacho’s and a side of fries, and honestly the food was decent! I enjoyed it a lot.

My biggest issue here, was that I walked out with 3 overflowed drinks, inside a old beer case. Wild.

Food was good, but that kinda stuff needs to be worked on.
