We went in to try this place because the reviews looked promising. Dang. We were bewildered. We were there on a Fri, about 7:15pm. The place wasn't very busy at that time...def looked to be AFTER the dinner rush because most tables in the place were dirty & empty. There were a couple table of people drinking & they were LOUD. The openess of the dining area just amplified that. It took 25 min to be seated....with noone else besides us waiting for a table to be cleared. We ordered a mozz stick app & drinks, including a margarita flight. Took 30min to get our app. It was cold.Mozz sticks were hard, obviously sitting for a bit and not under a warmer. Two of the flavors of margaritas tasted chemical- like (mango & berry) & not like the fruit they were supposed to. Then we FINALLY got our food, almost an hour & a half after we walked in. And it was SO much of a let down. Again, it was cold (well, 3 different dinners were.1 was hot) Fish & chips were not bad, but fish had to be sent back because it wasn't cooked thru the first time. Steak was SEVERELY undercooked (as in not even warm inside & it was supposed to be cooked medium) shrimp was greasy, mashed potatoes & zuc were cold. And looked NOTHING like the menu- just plain unappetizing. Steak was sent back & put back on grill, while the rest of plate was left at table. It came back still not cooked medium, but better. And now rest of meal was even colder than it arrived. Then the mac & cheez bowl. It too was cold...barely above room temp. And took up so little of the bowl, we asked if this was a kids/lunch portion. And of course, barely resembled to pic on the menu. To say this experience did NOT live up to the reviews is an understatement., even with 3 dinners discounted & still paid $85 for 4 meals/drinks. We MAY give the other location a try...but it would not be anytime soon. This was a bad experience.

Beef's is a pretty decent stop for a drink and was occassionally for dinner. They came out with a new menu within the last year or so (much improved menu) however the preparation of the food just isn't there. Ordered the $20 Surf and turf last night. Steak was cold, shrimp very warm and fries somewhere in the middle. If that was all that was wrong I wouldn't write this review... The amount of pepper on the steak and shrimp was numbing, literally. Just crazy. Mentioned to the waitress (that did a pretty good job) and the manager came by...did not apologize just asked 3 times if I wanted anything else (not really interested in hearing the issues with the dish...frankly he did not care). Then he gave me 50% off. I have friends that have stopped going to Beef's due to this manager (Shawn) (even though response says it wasn't Shawn I specifically asked name of manager from bartender and told his name was Shawn (was wearing Atlanta Falcons jacket) and his boss' name Eric) and I never had reason to see why...now I do. There are far better options. For a drink stop in...for food go anywhere else.

It was a Friday night and around seven o clock. They had a five to ten minute wait for two people. Got seated and ordered a combo appetizer which came with chicken tender, mozellza sticks, cheese quesadilla, and onion rings. The best thing was the onion rings, crispy with a great onion flavor. Chicken tenders were a little hard, if it was cooked too long. Batter to chicken wasn't equal. Mozellza sticks were ok and the cheese quesadilla was basic. I ordered the Friday special, fish n chips. The fries were plain with no salt, which is ok. I added my salt to it. The fish was decent because the tar tar sauce with lemon. The coleslaw was very bland and watery with the cabbage. My eating partner got the four cheese burger and added lettuce and onions. Hmm definitely a plain kind of burger. Little meat with alot of cheese. Did not want to add another patty for five bucks. The extra patty might have added more flavor to it. There is no temperature asked for the burger to be cooked. I will give it a 5 Chaus. Either you will love it or hate it.

A Dining Experience to Remember - Thanks to Marissa!

My recent visit to Beef O’Brady’s was nothing short of exceptional, and it’s all thanks to the outstanding service provided by our server, Marissa. From the moment we walked in, Marissa’s warm and genuine smile set the tone for what would become an unforgettable dining experience.

First Impressions: Marissa greeted us with an energy that was both infectious and comforting. She immediately made us feel welcome, like we were guests in her own home. It was clear that she wasn’t just there to take our order, but to ensure we had the best possible experience. Her professionalism was evident from the start, as she patiently guided us through the menu, offering insightful recommendations that perfectly suited our tastes.

Attention to Detail: Throughout the meal, Marissa’s attentiveness was nothing short of remarkable. She anticipated our needs before we even had to ask, refilling drinks and checking in just the right amount—never intrusive, but always available. She managed to balance a busy dining room while making us feel like we were her top priority, a skill that only the best servers possess.

Going Above and Beyond: What truly set Marissa apart was her willingness to go the extra mile. When one of our party had a specific dietary request, Marissa not only made sure it was accommodated, but she also personally followed up with the kitchen to ensure everything was perfect. Her knowledge of the menu and genuine care for our satisfaction turned what could have been a simple meal into a memorable occasion.

Personality and Warmth: Marissa’s personality shone throughout our visit. She was friendly, engaging, and had a wonderful sense of humor, which added a personal touch that made the experience even more special. It’s rare to find a server who is not only efficient and professional but also genuinely connects with their customers on a personal level.

Conclusion: Marissa exemplifies what excellent service should be. She transformed our dining experience at Beef O’Brady’s into something extraordinary, and for that, we are incredibly grateful. If you’re planning a visit, do yourself a favor and ask for Marissa. Her dedication, warmth, and exceptional service will undoubtedly make your meal one to remember.

Thank you, Marissa, for going above and beyond. We’ll definitely be returning soon, and we hope to see you again!

This review should make Marissa feel appreciated and recognized for...

This location really needs to get it together from a management standpoint. The waitstaff consistently go above and beyond and the food is always decent. However, the overall experience is dragged down by poor staffing decisions and a lack of organization. There is rarely a host at the front door, leaving servers to juggle both greeting guests and managing their tables, something that becomes unmanageable, especially during busy times. The restaurant frequently runs specials, but the staff is often unprepared for the increased crowd, which overwhelms both the servers and the bar.

A recurring issue is the inconsistency between what’s advertised and what’s actually available. Specials are listed on menus, but servers are later told by management that they’re expired or unavailable. When questioned, management often gives vague excuses instead of simply honoring what’s advertised.

Additionally, they don't allow pitchers of certain beers because it cuts into profits, a questionable move for a place that brands itself as a sports bar. Despite having over 20 TVs, it's rare that even half are tuned into live sports. Guests often come in for a specific game, only to wait most of their visit for the TV to be changed, if it even happens at all.

It’s also worth noting that much of the customer loyalty here comes down to convenience, not experience. The location is close to several neighborhoods, which keeps people coming back; but let’s be honest, if it weren’t for that proximity, most folks wouldn’t go out of their way to dine here. The potential is there, but management needs to step up before people finally decide it’s not worth it anymore.

At the end of the day, the front-line staff are doing their best with what they’ve got but management is failing them and the customer. Figure out a way to keep the beer flowing even when the kitchen is slammed. Know your specials and honor them. Run pitchers and bucket deals, they will pay off. And stop cutting corners at the expense of the...
