As far as the mall in general, it is not a strip mall but rather a large space that offers a wide variety of businesses.

Eateries such as: Subway, Ruby Tuesdays, KFC (Kentucky Fried Chicken), Chinese Food such as China Garden, Bakery Antojitos Colombianos;

Banking at TD Bank and CHASE;

Pet Supplies in Pet Supermarket;

Dry Cleaning at Hhk cleaners which also offers alterarions and Cargo shipping abroad;

Great variety, from home improvement(home Depot) to grocery store(Fresco's y mas or former Winn-Dixie). Also different restaurants to choose, from a quick bite(subway, KFC) to dining in(Ruby Tuesday's). Also have other little shops in the far back so don't forget to check them out(pet store, nail salon along with other shops) And preschool/daycare. Nearby businesses are DMV and Deerwood Bonita lake Park (summer camp) Zoo...

The way this is laid out makes it difficult for shop owners to get any drive by traffic. Even their largest retailer, Office Max, shut down last year and the space is still available. Home Depot is great! Lots of turnover in the building up in back off SW 152 St. The Winn Dixie turned into Fresco y Mas and went downhill. It's OK in a pinch. If I didn't live so close I'd have no reason...
