I very seldom give reviews but when I am treated like an animal I must speak out. Taking my daughter to school in morning I often stop at this Burger King to get the double sausage 2 for $6. Day before yesterday absolute bedlam broke out when I placed my order and then when I picked it up. The young man who took my order was talking like jibberish and kept running words together. Example coffee Mocha vanilla was Mocha or vanilla. He confused me so I kept asking for clarification. So after the order was placed (1 - 2 for 6 and a Mocha coffee) I went to pickup window. The woman attendant whom I has seen me many times before handed me the bag. I drive off and in the bag is a coffee and one breakfast sandwich. I turn around and go to order window and the guy who I explicitly told 5 times I wanted a 2 for 6 said "I thought you said one sandwich". So he struggled to get the order correct, I told him to refund the first one and put in the new one and finally he got it correct. I went to hand him the one sandwich I had gotten earlier and he said just keep it and pick up the 2 for 6. So I thought wonderful a free sandwich coming like most fast food restaurants do when they mess up your order. I get to the pickup window and the woman who has seen me there many times before hands me a bag. I look in it and their is one sandwich. Having had a busy morning I thought why can't they get this right. I am a senior citizen and sometimes a little confused. I stop the car and walk up to the window to tell them they forgot the second sandwich. The woman who has seen me on probably 25 previous occasions says "that was the order, one sandwich". I said "I ordered a 2 for 6" in a reasonable voice. All of a sudden the belligerent boy order taker appears at the window and in a condescending voice says "that was the order one in the bag and one in your car". I said emotionally "I thought it was a 2 for 6". This belligerent boy says "forget about it and get out of here" and proceeds to close the pick up window. I reached and stopped the window from closing and told him he was being rude and condescending and both the young boy and the woman who had served me many mornings in the past yell "GET OUT OF HERE". To say the least I was humiliated and insensed. I drove off and took my daughter to school. I noticed my middle finger on my right hand was bleeding from the pick up window. So I go back to this corrupt store to fill out an incident report. I go into the store and bleeding on the counter ask for an incident report. The woman, who served me many times in the past says "you didn't get hurt here". I told her "yes I did, give me an incident report". She said "NO". So now the belligerent boy who started this fiasco comes over and says "that didn't happen here" to which I said "YES IT DID". If this is not enough disrespect I hear the female manager talking to the two other co-conspirators and saying "that did not happen here". She comes over to the counter watching me bleed and I say give me an incident report. She says "NO THAT DID NOT HAPPEN HERE, I saw you walk over and get into your car". I told her to give me an incident report and she said no. She then stepped back near the office and called someone and discussed what was going on. The whole time the pickup window woman kept telling me I am a bad person and stop being upset. She was also seen giggling with the beligerant young man about me. About 5 minutes later the female manager comes out with an incident report and asks me to fill it out. I repeatedly said what was going on was totally unprofessional and totally stressful. She and the pickup window woman said I was nasty, nasty, nasty while I was bleeding on the counter. Filling out the incident report I reached a point and said "can I have help filling this out?" The pick up window woman said "NO...YOU ASKED FOR IT, FILL IT OUT YOURSELF". I wrote the best description I could being totally stressed out.

Read moreHave visited this location many times since moving to Spring Hill. At first, the place was well maintained and service/food were excellent. Recently, over the course of a year, everything has been steadily deteriorating to the point that it is no longer worth visiting.
Dining room is usually filthy. Mid-afternoon, evening, lunch the tables and surrounding areas including the floors appear to have seen a bus load of wild animals run through it. Floors sticky, spotted, littered with trash. On several occasions food/wrapper/debris have been seen on tabletops/booth seats and even along the ledges of windows inside. I shouldn't have to clean the table I'm going to be sitting at just to dine inside.
Food on more than one occasion has been barely warm even after coming directly from the kitchen. If dining inside, food should not be lukewarm or cool when I've not been waiting in the drive thru.
Place is normally empty inside, yet turn around time is abysmal. Even with one car in drive thru, it seems to take forever to service customers. I see heads moving around, people walking back and forth, but nothing happening.
Buyer Beware: 9 out of 10 times ordering, something is always wrong with order. Always double check food both inside and via drive thru. The lack of care from employees is daunting. Three times have ordered at counter, person inputted order correctly on receipt, food comes and its wrong requiring remake. No one checks, no one cares! If ordering cheese on burger, always double check, always!!
They now only offer ketchup packets at the counter because no one could be bothered to fill the containers. The "freestyle" soda machine is always empty of flavor options as no one cares or can afford to reload the syrup containers.
Do yourself a favor and visit another BK location if you can and want to enjoy a hot meal that will most likely be correct on the first attempt and doesn't require you to scrub the bottom of your shoes off when you get home. Better yet, eat somewhere else and save yourself the...
Read more12-20221 They continue to manipulate the timer that measures how quickly this service customers. After I pay they make me wait at the pay window before pulling up to get my order. This way they can manipulate how quick they provide service. :(
04-2022 I went there today in the Drive-Thru and was told they do not have any soda. No Coke no diet Coke no soda at all. They have two soda machines there is no excuse for them do not keep them working and stocked. I think they'll end up losing a lot of sales because of this. If you go there to have lunch you will need to drink water with your meal. There goes purchasing a value meal
03-2022 I tried Burger King ordering online today for the first time. After ordering I proceeded to the Burger King where I had to wait 23 minutes in the Drive-Thru to get my order. There was only two cars ahead of me. They were averaging almost 10 minutes per car to fulfill an order. Also I do not understand why they insist on filling the whole cup up with ice so we do not receive any soda. Do they receive training on how much ice should be added to the cup? Or are they trained to fill up the cup with ice so they save money on soda? Unfortunately the prices keep going up and the quality keeps going down
02-2022 I have been here several times for breakfast. This location does not know how to make a burrito. The burritos they make are very small and lack ingredients compared to other Burger Kings.
