Just got finished demolishing the Birria Tacos. Best tacos I've had here in Spring Hill, possibly the best I've had ever thus far ever. The tacos with the shredded beef alone were flavorful, juicy and crisp all at once. The consume was delicious and full of flavor. I ordered 2 combos for myself and my daughter. One with the chips and Guacamole and the other with rice and beans. The guac was fresh, seasoned well with just the right amount of fresh vegetables like tomatoes and onion. The rice and beans especially we're delicious. They were pinto beans I believe, a little saucy with a good sprinkle of cheese. Prices were really reasonable too. It was either $4 per Birria taco or $15 for the combo which came with 3 plus a side. Really wish I would have taken a picture of both plates but forgot. I will definitely be returning to try their other menu items. Almost forgot to mention...the man taking the orders was really nice and friendly. It's nice to find good places like this here in Spring Hill since moving from Tampa we were used to great food places everywhere.

Taco Bistro is hands down my favorite place for tacos and Mexican food in town! 🌮🔥 Everything has great flavor, is cooked to perfection, and you can taste the love in every bite. The customer service is always on point — super friendly! Our usual go-to is the special quesadillas , but today we tried the steak taco combo 🥩🌮 and the birria tacos 🧅🫓. Let me tell you… they were delicious (like everything else we've had so far). If you've made it this far, this your sign...go get yourself some Taco Bistro. 🌮 🍜 🌽

I was so excited to try this taco truck! The pics are so beautiful…. I ordered 5 regular beef tacos and they gave me bistro style (more $$$$) which was fine until I took the first bite ?!! Tell me why all 5 taco shells were STALE and the ground beef was old and crusty. I was furious. I spent $17 for old stale tacos!!!! :(

Tried this place on Saturday with the family. We got the 5 tacos. 2Asada,1carnitas,1pastor and 1 chorizo. I will say the tortillas were soft however there was no need for 2 tortillas when there was so little meat. The tortillas are extremely small in regards to tacos. The meat... The steak (asada) tasted like it was overly seasoned with taco seasoning. The chorizo was a tad but oily. The pastor has great flavor. The carnitas were good as well. As far as authentic Mexican tacos I would not say that. However they were okay. If this place is your only option it's not horrible but could definitely benefit from some small changes. Also, the salsa... Was not hot at all. Neither red nor green. They taste...
