I Left Empty Handed!
I paid for two subs using the app. Proceeded to the store to pick them up as Iâve done many times before, just to be told that there was a ânetworkâ issue and they never received my order-despite me receiving an email confirmation of which I showed them. I checked my account-the money was debited. Associate *Jane said that this happens âall the timeâ. HmmâŚreally?! There are more Subway restaurants than McDonaldâs. Why is this known problem allowed to happen All The Time? Associate *Jane gets store manager James on the phone. Store manager James basically says youâre SOL; sorry, but not sorryâŚBut hey, youâll get your money back in 24-48 hours đđź James had every opportunity to compensate me for this inconvenience-free sandwiches, a gift card of some sort, heck a free cookie-anything that expresses a sincere apology; instead he tried to convince me to be understanding of their KNOWN network app issues. Iâve been patronizing this subway for as long as theyâve been there. Today I left a very unhappy customer.

   Read moreOrdered online, received an alert 20 minutes later order was ready. Showed up 20 minutes AFTER that. Food was not ready. Asked if they had removed it for us being late, the woman copped an attitude and said take a look at the line Iâve been a little too busy to make your food.
Left without the food. Never received it. Contacted corporate for a refund. They refused. The local franchise owner sent a bs apology email, asked them for a refund, she refused as well.
So spent $15 to get an attitude instead of a sandwich and the franchise owner is clearly a crook. Which would explain why the employees hate their jobs so much because theyâre likely overworked and underpaid.

Once submitted, it said the order would be the first time I picked, which was an hour later than I wanted. My partner was already on the way to pick it up. I called several times and no answer.
