The Burger King staff here was extremely professional and actually extremely nice polite and accommodating if I can give it more stars I would I went there today which is Sunday March 28th 2021 and I had just missed breakfast but I really wanted breakfast and they were just in the middle of switching over and they actually went ahead and made me what I wanted which was the eggnormous and then they also did the tater tot cheesy bites which were amazingly good. So needless to say when I pulled up I asked them if they had any breakfast and obviously they were in the middle of changing it but the girl who is taking my order I don't remember her name but she was extremely nice sweet kind and professional I'm assuming went to talk to the manager to see if what they had left or if they could prepare one and they hadn't put everything away yet but whatever happened they ended up giving it to me and it was almost 11:00 so breakfast had ended at 10:30 so they went above and beyond to make sure that happened most of the time when you go to fast food they just say sorry no but I just wanted to make sure that the woman working at the drive-thru window who took the order and then took payment as well was recognized for her outstanding customer service and everyone involved as well I didn't get her name because I was just hungry and ready to roll but I was there today which is March 28th 2021 right about at 11:00 I would say 11:00 something so if whoever reads these is a manager there at that store she definitely deserves recognition because with service like that it's almost like I was at a sit down restaurant that charges double the amount that Burger King would charge for the same type of food which is something I wanted to comment about as well the quality has improved drastically with Burger King and I thoroughly enjoy their food I always have however like any company they always are looking for improvement and improving their product and store on the outside was perfectly clean there was no trash of any kind and the windows had absolutely not even a fingerprint on any of them that I could see and I circled the building very slow and went through the drive-thru so again I had a fantastic experience and that was actually my first experience at that particular Burger King because I have one a bit closer to me but for some reason I just went to that one and now I'm just going to continue to go to that one although the other Burger King there's nothing wrong with it at all they're great service as well but I was just very impressed with the way I was treated at this particular Burger King and I hate when people say cheap food because there's nothing cheap about Burger King's food the price is a good fair price but the word cheap and my eyes translates to mediocre quality as well because when you buy anything cheap like a cheap car or cheap products in general are usually like I said not reliable and they break easy and in the case of food cheap food has all kinds of disgusting things in it when you really look at it but Burger King is not cheap it is actually what I would call very very priced quality food. Excuse my giant run-on sentence I do understand that I'm using talk to text and it's not punctuating so excuse that I know a lot of people are what kind of crazy about punctuation and I am too at times however I'm just wanting to write a quick review without using my thumbs and breaking them LOL but once again the whole crew that was working this morning when I went there definitely deserves recognition for their service especially the person that took my order and whoever she had to talk to to get that order placed and I will say once again it almost seemed like I was at a place where I was sitting down and I could make changes in alter things and the chef would fix it cuz most fast food places it's like this is what we got this is how it's made but with Burger King like there's always says your way and they mean that so thank you so much for everything this...
Read moreAt the time of this post I have been to this Burger King recently 3 times having to leave without food!!!! It is the only fast food restaurant before hitting the Osprey Walmart where there is a new Wendy's but if you're only going to Osprey Dollar Tree there's no other fast food options along the way. I don't know what happened in the past couple months but one girl working there said she was working a ridiculous amount of hours running around like a f** robot doing all the work besides cooking! I was able to get food back in November 2024 and then it just fell off. Today I watched my time upon arriving and waited 3 minutes behind only one car at the speaker in my lane, but there was no voice heard on the speaker the whole 3 minutes. Now I know what you're thinking 3 minutes doesn't sound like a lot but if you read the other reviews people have sat for 20 minutes, I don't have 5 minutes to sit in the blazing sun waiting just to place an order! They have two ordering lanes, one car finally had went forward, and then another car quickly pulled up to the speaker in the other lane. It was pretty busy even an older guy pulled in to go inside the restaurant but walked out without food.l, another truck left also. This is a VERY busy area and you are wasting people's time and gas just to try to get food as many people are on lunch schedules...to the manager if you don't have enough employees request to shut the store down to your district manager or to corporate if you have to until you can get enough employees hired or transferred from other stores to run efficiently because this is absolutely absurd to be running a half-assed restaurant! I mean 3 minutes before I even got to the speaker to place my order as I pulled away I asked the guy in front of me he had been waiting a while too and said that somebody come on the microphone twice telling him to wait but that was it. I understand it's hard to gain workers these days but call in other managers or something to help out especially on the weekends or during lunch time...
Read moreSlowest Burger King ever besides poor service and food. Inedible mozzarella sticks, they were so greasy. I called and asked to speak with a manager. The gentleman who answered the phone said he was. He spoke very low and sounded bored. I then told him I received very greasy mozzarella fries. He then asked what I'd like him to do about it. I told him I had already left the drive thru and was not coming back but would like a replacement at a later date. I also said would also like for him to either have the employees know not to refry the sticks or the make sure they have new clean oil. He then told me, "the oil was new and they did not refry your mozzarella sticks and they just come out like that sometimes. He then hung up on me and would not answer the phone when I called back several times. If they "just come out like that sometimes" then it is a quality control issue Burger King needs to address. My thoughts are the oil was not how if the oil was truly clean and they were not refried. The store number #26438 and receipt #20240923135128. If this was indeed a manager I spoke with then he needs customer service training. I only went to this Burger King because of the mozzarella sticks. I passed a McDonalds on the way and would have preferred them because this BK location is the slowest I've ever been to and they have a reputation in town...
