A True Sports Bar, Great Food and Great Specials This has become one our favorite places to have dinner and the daily specials make it hard to pass up. I’m not suggesting that you eat here to save a buck and pass on quality, I say save a buck and have good food. We have tried the Monday Pizza Special and the Friday All You Can Eat Shrimp and AYCE Fish Specials and we like them both. On Mondays, the large pizza is half price (does not include the Lobster and Shrimp Pizza). With this deal, the most you’ll drop for a pizza is $12.00. On our first trip, we tried the Voodoo Chicken and Shrimp Pizza (regular price $23.99). Blackened chicken and shrimp, atop a spicy Cajun cream sauce, topped with sliced tomato, mozzarella, and Parmesan cheese. Let’s start with the crust. Super thin under the toppings and will not hold up the load if you lift the slice off the plate. Use a fork and knife for the the first few bites to lighten the load, then you can pick it up. Just a little thicker crust at the edges. An excellent tasting crust, very much like a pizza dough in Chicago. We were not impressed with this pizza. The best flavor came from the cheese which they do not skimp on. The chicken is seasoned pieces combined with similarly seasoned shrimp pieces. If you were to close your eyes and take a bite, you’d get a cream sauce taste, salty cheesiness, and some non-definable protein pieces. Didn’t taste like chicken or shrimp, but didn’t taste like anything else either. I hit it with a little hot sauce and enjoyed the cheese goodness. On another visit we tried the Boardwalk Style Double Sausage Pizza (also $23.99 regular price). Loads of Italian sweet & hot sausage, pepperoni, sweet onions, roasted red peppers, green bell peppers, San Marzano tomato sauce, mozzarella and Parmesan. This pizza is what pizza is all about! Great tasting Italian sausage that has the right amount of fennel in it that makes it distinctively Italian. All the toppings played well together and the hot sausage has only a little heat. Absolutely a great pizza. Can’t wait to go back and try other varieties on their menu or create our own. We have also tried the Friday All You Can Eat Shrimp and AYCE Fish Specials which are both $15.99. Even though they are the same price, you cannot get a combo of fish and shrimp – it’s one or the other and you cannot switch from one to the other after finishing one plate. You have a choice of fried, grilled or blackened shrimp which are served with fries and slaw and you can switch between the cooking styles if you order more shrimp. I have tried all three styles on multiple visits. The fried are not the heavily battered or breaded style you usually find. These have a very light, almost tempura style coating that I found to be quite tasty. The grilled isn’t exactly grilled as we know grilling. There are no grill marks, no real char marks at all. I think the shrimp are just cooked on a flat grill top. They have a great shrimp flavor. I actually prefer the blackened as opposed to grilled. They are basically the same shrimp, but have a creole or Cajun seasoning. They’re not on the grill long enough to get blackened at all. They give you a lot of shrimp on the first plate, but if you want more, just ask and they bring more quickly. I have also tried the All You Can Eat Fish Fry served with fries and slaw. The fish is very good, moist without too much breading. I recommend it for fish fans. I happen to enjoy shrimp more than fish so I will zero in on that when I go back. The fries that come with these meals are best when they first come out and are piping hot. I’m not a fan after they’ve cooled off. They say it’s Happy Hour All Day, Every Day. That’s because their drink prices are great. Lite drafts $3, Shock Top drafts $4, Guinness Draft $6, Iced Tea $2.99, and Rum Punch $4.99. Yes, a Rum Punch, in a pint glass, with rum for $4.99. Ask about drink specials. Go to Busters, enjoy some beverages, live music very often, sports on TV’s, great food and have fun!

First time here with family to watch the game on their steak night special. It was busy. Aside from that, got a booth for six of us right away. We all had the steak. The portion is plentiful with 3 sides: veg de jour which was green beans, baked potato, and 2 huge onion rings. Steak was topped with onions and mushrooms. Our server was on point for a packed place. She was border line weeded (overwhelmed), but handled it like a pro. We all had different temps from medium rare (mine) to medium well. Ticket time was perfect at barely over 20 minutes. All all dinners hit the table at the same time nice and hot. With 4 different temps meaning 4 different cook times, and a packed house, pretty impressive in my book (former GM of a high volume resturaunt). Having said that, hopefully this gets to the gm and owners....nice job. If it couldn't get any better , the bill for the six of us was only $87 (pre-tip. Our server earned well over 20%) which also included 2 pictures of beer and a ton of TVs to watch the playoff game from any seat in the place. For the quality of steak cooked perfect and a solid meal we will be going back for sure even if for some beers and apps. It's a sports bar , food good meal good time! They also have an outdoor seating area as well.

If you think this is just another bar with typical bar food, you HAVE to give Busters a try! First off, they have tunity, an app you can download and literally listen to any TV within Busters. (No more asking the barmaid to turn it up) Very cool! Ok, let's get down to the food. I've never been there before and had typical expectations. Boy was I wrong! These guys at Busters really do make all sauces, dips, dry rubs, dressings, and most things on the menu FROM SCRATCH! The unbelievable flavor was just purly satisfying. Kelly was our waitress and didn't disappoint. My water was refilled, she gave and extra sauce with out having to be asked too. She offered it with my wings. Perhaps she knows something about mixing the flavors...she did. The wings are big too, but the honey hot that I ordered, were not all that hot...until i dunked it into Cajun Teriyaki. Oh my... That Cajun sauce is the best homemade sauce. I could not believe the herbs that permeated from the mixture. All fresh! So mouthwatering For a fun place to go, where you dont have to scream over TVs to talk to your friends, the best homemade recipes, come to Busters! I'll see you guys again for Lobster...every Tuesday :)

I have to say, We live locally, and this place for years was always our “go to” place for good food, drinks and excellent service. We were going at least 2-3 times a month, and have eaten there with friends, family, have even sent our own customer’s there, and had even met the owner a time or two who was bar tending once or twice a while ago, and he was an absolute hoot, and gentlemen. We would play games, order tons of food and drinks, even had our grand daughters birthday party there, and have always made sure we tipped our servers generously. However unfortunately the crowd has changed, whereas the past couple times we were there, there are extremely rude patrons. Several weeks ago one gentleman happened to strike up a conversation with us while sitting outside, and out of the blue I suppose in having too much to drink he became belligerent, and our server saw this and apologized. Nevertheless we wrote it off, and returned as usual. However the couple of times after that, tried to play a game of pool, and a rowdy crowd behind us kept bumping into us, and while playing the games next to our table were disruptive and disrespectful of our space, and to the point whereas even one of the gentlemen in the crowd inquired if those at the games were bothering us and tried to settle them down, we finally just left. Then the final time a few days ago dined there again as it seemed less busy, server was nice, and decided to stay and play a couple games, but when we went to leave the bartender was also rude, and and as allegedly those from the week before claimed we knocked over their drinks at some point perhaps on the way out as they may have been close to our table, and while neither of us recalled that at all, she then proceeded to say people at THAT moment while we hadn't had any confrontation with anyone, just keeping to ourselves and no conversation with anyone, were NOT loud or disruptive in any way, were complaining about us??..At that point I asked to speak to the manager which was an off duty bar tender, she was extremely nice and we sat outside and had a friendly conversation about what our experience has been lately, and until a man came yelling out the door insisting she come in...Again, that was just rude and unnecessary, and as she was also doing her job...Its one of those things as I have seen working myself in hospitality from time to time, you give people a great deal of business and they develop an attitude towards their regulars, and as we also never complained about that slow bartender who we have noticed also attends to regulars LAST when at the bar, nor the other rude patrons....We will be dining down the road at the Grill or Pickle for now on, and as they also have great food, comparable drinks and prices, and have been consistent in their treatment of us, and have always welcomed...

I want to begin by saying that the food is incredible. We truly enjoy eating here when we come back to Ft Myers for our Oct-April stay. We came in with family and needed to have a large table. Around 730 pm, we witnessed a disgusting display of anger. The attitude of the server (female, short, brown hair, heavier set I think her name is June, maybe Jane) was enough for us not to ever dine in again. She screamed at the woman who was the hostess, (tall blond hair, from Boston, new employee from what we know of Busters. Ive never seen her before) A horrible display of professionalism. Swearing and carrying on like a lunatic. The hostess was fun, courteous, and extremely helpful in assisting all the servers. She went above and beyond what she was doing to make us feel as if we were the most important people in Busters. She was very pleasant to be around. The server with the dark hair was extremely rude and made us very uneasy. Nastiest foul mouthed person I have ever seen in a restaurant. My parents are elderly and we horrified by the behavior of the server. This server shouting startled my 76 yr old mother to the point she jumped. From now on, if we decide to go back there to dine, I will most definitely call ahead to make sure that vile waitress is not on duty. Or we will just turn around and leave if she is there. Or better yet, I will record her behavior and put it on social media for everyone to see how she acts. Maybe then something will be done about her. We love Busters. Its a shame that it is ruined by 1 server. I looked around for the manager and / or the gentlemen that own it, but neither were there. I was going to address the bartender, but the "horrible" server was at the bar yelling there too. They need to do something about that server. Its not the first time she has acted out. She was my husband and I's server last week and we were ignored the whole time. She is a nightmare. I was grateful for the server we had this evening. He was A+. The hostess tonight was wonderful. All you can eat chicken was absolutely fantastic. I give 3 stars only because the actions of that horrid display put on by...
