They could have had a new loyal customer, if they had shown some concern and tried to resolve the issue. I wish I could write an enthusiastic five (5) star review for Circles but their policy left me hungry and greatly...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreToday I went to the circle in Apollo Beach Florida on 6/20 we try to see if we can make reservations for Monday, July 5 for my mother and fatherās 25th anniversary. They are saying that they will be understaffed and that they will not be able to accommodate us without even checking that particular date. We spoke to the GM for that day she explained to us that Monday is not going to work. Mondays Are typically understaffed and we donāt Do any reservations and we donāt split parties as well as we donāt except anything more than 10 people. Then proceeds just to say that she doesnāt even work Mondays and then also recommends us to try to go to Applebeeās or even outback even after paying $170 bill for four people as if insinuating that we can not afford fine dining for a large party. However the service that we received today by the waitress named Tonya was phenomenal the reason why I have given this review a one star it just because they have great customer service when it comes to the waitress they have horrible management qualityās for a high end restaurant. I received better services at Ocean prime. Who doesnāt know how to make a proper Caesar salad. If you love food but want terrible management the circle is your place!

Ā Ā Ā Read moreAt the Dale Mabry location, went w high expectations but left disappointed and $75 lighter. The stuffed flounder was a nearly paper thin 4oz lunch portion, wrapped around a mound of stuffing. The brocoli side was also yellow, wilted and limp. The chicken marsala dish had been pounded to thin and was served overcooked and dry and again barely a 4-4.5oz portion. Not appropriate for the cost nor for a portion expected of a dinner dish. The sauce barely had a reduction, and had already separated from the butter. The brown colored rice lacked any style or flavor. The polite waiter offered to sell us a dessert but we just wanted to leave. I had bragged about this place for years to my wife. Living in Carrollwood and having visited the Apollo beach location I thought it would be a great local option but sadly it is not and will Not be. Frankly, it resembled my hospital meals I was served in plastic containers while recuperating. Served when you got it, and lacking of any love and expertise. Are the 2 locations even related?? I'm sorry but this is our 1st and last visit here. READ the others reviews, which I should have in advance, and then decide...
