I will not be coming back to this location. For now on I will be going to Yogurt Mountain (in the same plaza) or will drive down to Jeremiah's ice.
I purchased a couple of cones of white chocolate and butter pecan swirled together that looked and tasted as expected. You could clearly see the differences of the flavors side by side and you can taste the blend of the 2 flavors. I returned the next day and ordered the same exact thing only to be disappointed. The ice cream looked like just one flavor and it had a strange taste to it. There even seemed to be a piece of coconut in the ice cream. We brought the ice cream back thinking that maybe it was a mistake in how it was made. The "shift" manager, Sebastian, seemed to have an attitude about the situation but remade the cone only for it to be made the EXACT same way. It didn't taste like any particular flavor. Exhausted with this whole disappointment we left and just took the cone as is.
Still having a taste for the cone that first made on Saturday, we decided to try one more time to see if maybe the previous day was just a bad day. Nope. The ice cream came out again looking like just one flavor. This time we questioned to Sebastian once again on the flavors and we kept getting explanations that "the flavors look the same". We know this was wrong and finally gave up.
What added to this frustration was the attitudes of these young teenagers that are running this stand... including Sebastian. You can hear the complaining coming from the girls inside and Sebastian had this annoying stare before I decided to pull away from the drive thru before I found myself in a confrontation with this kid. Management should really check the attitudes of these kids. As said in the beginning, I would rather spend my money at any other ice cream spot in the area...
Read moreDisappointing visit. My husband & I went by tonight to get an after dinner treat. We saw there was still plenty of time before it closed. When we showed up we walked up with a family who ordered before us. We were standing there more than 10min while they ordered. We were the last ones, when we walked up to order right after them the manager came up and said they just closed, I thought they closed at 11pm ( Apple Maps showed different time then googles maps). But It had just turned 10:30 by the time they came to take our order, but the staff ALL saw us standing there wayyyy before that.
The gentleman from the family that ordered right before us quickly approached to tell the manager we had been there since they all got there and they took their order so why deny us who have been there just as long as them and there was no one else after us. Manager stuck to her answer saying she has kids there ( I’m assuming she meant the teens working) who need to be home by a certain time. Which I get but honestly it takes just as long to give me that excuse than it would have to simply take our order and get us out of there. Two more icecream cones wouldn’t have put you out, specially with 3 employees in a small space, whom should have been pre cleaning nearing the closing time, while the manager could have knocked out the final orders.
I told them both it was okay, thanked the man for being thoughtful and trying and I did not plan on giving the staff a hard time. I work in the service industry, I understand. But working in the service industry I also know one should be more mindful of customers who have been rightfully standing there with ample time before the official closing time and not deny them service.
The denial of service in this situation left me with a bad taste...

Though there were only 4 cars in the drive through and not more then 4 people at the window it took about 35-40 min to get our ice cream through the drive thru. I prefaced the woman who took our order at the driver through i was going to order a couple of items (5 things) and she sighed i began with my order and rudely after i said each item she would say “anything else” i tried not to think to much into it because maybe she was having a bad day but no, when i got to the window i waited 5 minutes and there was no greeting or any thing the young lady just rudely said the total and took my card which i found weird because for the car in front of us they actually held out the card reader for them (really odd now that i’m thinking about it) they kept the window closed the entire time handed me the ice creams one by one each about 2-4 minutes apart and another thing that was odd the car in front of us got brown bags to hold their items and not only did we not get that but we also didn’t get napkins or utensils for the 5 items. each time after receiving the ice creams one by one naturally i would say thank you and the young girl working at the window would not say anything and would constantly roll her eyes. i don’t know if she truly was having a bad day or she was just bluntly rude but whoever the young lady with straight dark blond hair was working the drive thru window on 08/26/23 at around 7:30pm please just keep them making ice cream because her customer service...
