The manager Jackie is extremely unprofessional, and shouldn’t be anywhere near a leadership position anywhere.
Part of being a manager in any establishment is taking accountability, and setting an example for others. On 03/11/3025, I placed an online order through the culver’s app, and my order came out to just under $100. I live 20 minutes away, and have never had missing items from culver’s specifically, So i drove home.
Upon taking my food out of the bag, I realized multiple items were missing from my order, and decided i would contact the store. Jackie answered, and immediately when i began stating what i was missing, tried to already blame ME stating she packed my order, and that I was wrong. After some back and forth, she agreed to allow me to come back into store for my missing items.
Now, when I’m missing food from any fast food restaurant, and i’m about to drive 20 minutes to correct it, i’m going to pull the rest of my food out and verify the remainder of my order, which i did after my phone call. Turns out, there was more missing then I originally believed, and I would tell them when I arrived.
After a 20 minute drive, I arrived at the culver’s and originally spoke with a young man who immediately looked at my receipt, heard out what i was missing, and went to immediately begin correcting my order. Jackie then comes up to me, and when i try to begin to tell her that i was missing more than i originally believed, she once again, immediately acted as if i was lying, and there was absolutely no way she could be missing my merchandise i claimed. I tried explaining to jackie numerous times that after she got off the phone with me, i went to verify the rest of my order considering i was missing items already. She continued to cut me off, and claimed over and over she would be refusing to accomodate me because i told her different over our phone call. I repeatedly told them that I just wanted my missing items, so i could drive home, I also explained that i pulled everything out of my original take home bag, to the point where i was able to throw the bag away completely.
At one point, Jackie and other employees had stated if i had brought in the original food bag, they could help me more. Huh?!?!. So let me get this straight, Anyone under that logic could remove items from their bag, claim there missing, and bring the bag with the omitted food items back and claim it was all missing while it sits at home?
This entire experience showed me the staff and manager at this culver’s chose their own pride, over assisting a customer who was clearly trying to be honest with them from the start. In the end, one employee (Not Jackie), showed some actual decency as an employee and fulfilled my FULL missing food request, when nobody else would.

Read moreWe were at Culver’s around 8 last evening, July 3. I asked for flavor of the day, crazy for cookie dough, in a cone. I was very disappointed with what I was handed.(See pic below, that is how it looked when it was handed to me. I had not eaten any out of that.) I understand that things will not always look like the advertising pictures, but this was not how it had looked when I had it another time. The custard was so melted they obviously couldn’t put much in, or it would have overflowed. I was not happy to have paid $5.49 for this. I stepped up and asked this is how it should look, and they said “Yes, it’s a little melted because it’s the end of the evening.” I did not want to make a fuss, but I just did not think it should be this way. My husband stepped up and asked for a manager. The guy he asked immediately offered to remake for me, and he did so promptly. The one he did was a world better, I wish I had a pic for contrast. I so appreciated him stepping up and making it right! I think his name was Bryce? Great customer service, and I left happy! Read moreVery disappointed in ur so-called Reuben sandwich! 2 grilled small "sliced bread" slices, small single slice cheeze, some generic-tasting corned beef, dab of thousand island dressing on inside of one slice, sandwich tasted fresh, but very little corned beef etc flavors for a Reuben, female hand could hold the sandwich in "one" hand which is very unusual for a Reuben, sandwich "half" the size a Reuben should be and just flimsy to hold!! Previous fish sandwich few months ago ordered was also a great disappointment! Small oblong piece of whatever fish that barely extended to end of the round bun had to ask for little lettuce and pickles; but, still the sandwich left alot to be desired in taste and size! Friend said she had their fish sandwich and it definitely "extended" beyond outside edge of bun. So, maybe that was "before" Covid when quantity and quality of " many" products was worth the price!!
