I previously gave this location 5 stars for being spot on every time since they opened. But as of late (going on 5+months now) this location has messed up every single order from giving 8-10 fries in a medium size to completely messing up the burgers... I'm tired of spending $25+ for poor service and even worse made food! Prices only seem to be going up everywhere but to be shorted your due amount or the food to be completely wrong is ridiculous! I've been going to this location since it opened and it's steadily become worse and worse... Lately the food quality is horrendous! I've stopped going to this location all together as management doesn't want to fix the issue on top of the attitude I've been given for improperly made food or quantity given... In the attached photos you'll see two burgers, one that literally had 3x toppings and was completely wrong and the other had 8 toppings including bacon and that burger was also completely wrong and without bacon!..
Hopefully Five Guys gets this fixed as I will continue to avoid this location...

Read moreLast Friday while waiting for my order I saw that the two women preparing the sandwiches had their masks hanging off. The cook also had his half off or all the way off while cooking. When I spoke to the young man at the register (who wore his mask correctly) he called over the cook, who rudely told me "sorry but it happens" and turned his back on me. I told him that's not okay, but he just ignored me. They were cooking and preparing the food, while talking to each other, without their masks on. Totally unacceptable and I won't be going back.
