Subway — Restaurant in Florida

I got the #11 Sandwich Only - The Subway Club Sub (footlong). On the Menu Board (purchace was 7/31), the footlong was $12.49. I was charged $13.99. FALSE ADVERTISING, SUBWAY. The younger girl was unaware of the price change, and offered to get a manager for the refund, but coun't wait due to a time restraint. The food: Bland, DEFINITELY not Boar's Head quality. The backside of the bread on the sub was white and pasty. Not appetizing. The family behind in line me saw the price scam, and the Mom stated "This is B.S.". They left. Save yourself $4.00 and get a sandwich you'll enjoy at Publix. Better quality meats and cheese, plus generous toppings and a genuine "customer service" type of vibe. Seriously. If I could write this less than a one that I would. The customer service of the very young short girl with the dark here that works in the later afternoon is very rude. She asked me what kind of sandwiches I wanted and I told her that I wanted to know after it comes out of the oven with the bread lightly toasted she then continued to put the tuna on the bread when I told her to wait until they come out of the oven. She got an attitude and started sucking her teeth when I asked her for a new bread since you had already put tuna on it. Then I had told her we only wanted four tomatoes on each of the sandwiches she continued to put six which is the protocol for Subway per headquarters. i used to manage a subway so I know all about it. This was the worst experience that I had with the sandwich artist at a subway in with her type of attitude she definitely should not be working in...

So I was waiting for service for a while then had to say hello in order to be waited on. Second of all I asked for a turkey, bacon, guac wrap and the girl didn't even put guac , when I said it comes with guac, I had to wait for her to refill the guac bowl because it was empty. I was already upset from waiting so long , so I told her to forget it. Not to mention she also kept constantly touching her glasses with her gloves on. I'm sorry but I don't want someone touching my food with gloves on if they have been touching around their face, that beats the purpose of even wearing gloves.
