The staff was friendly and the food was decent. The wait was long.

We were a party of 6 so we expected a bit of a wait which isn't a problem, but there were very few other customers there and no food was coming out at an for awhile.

When we did get served, 3 people got their food first, 2 got theirs a few minutes later, and the last was several more minutes later (maybe 10 minutes after the first 3).

We asked for extra butter when ordering and it was forgotten. We asked upon receiving the food and still forgotten. The third request finally got us more butter.

There was also an instance where it seemed like a newer waitress was reprimanded by a senior waitress in the doorway between the kitchen and the dining area which I felt was inappropriate to do in view of the customers.

I think this would be a nice brunch spot for 1-3 people when you don't have a deadline to be out of there.

The grilled biscuits are unique and a great way...

Was looking for a good breakfast and I found it. It is a little hole in the wall, out of the way place but a must stop if in the area. I had the county fried steak and eggs and a waffle. Food was delicious and came out hot. The county fried steak had plenty of flavor and so tender it cut with my fork. Waffle was fluffy and had good flavor. Portions were big, prices were low. Service was great, waitress was kind and must have came by 10 times to try and refill my coffee. This is definitely a locals place were everyone knows each other. I loved the veterans decor that they had. The one down side would be do not be in a hurry when going, the food does take sometime before coming out but everything came out at the same time and was hot. Will definitely...

My family and I ( wife, 17mon old baby, and in laws ) went to this establishment for a good breakfast and support our local businesses. The sign on the door advised that they cook everything fresh and to wait patiently. And if you can’t wait patently please come back another time. I ordered eggs and toast for myself and little girl and my wife had a breakfast sandwich. It took an hour!!!! How the hell does it take an hour to cook eggs and toast?! I am glad that it is veteran owned( I think so to the decor) but we will never be back to support them. I was extremely pissed and had to get our food to go because my baby was loosing it cause she was so hungry. The sign says “ be patient”, make sure you clear your entire day before...

This place was absolutely amazing and probably the best breakfast place i've ever had! My food was amazing. I ordered an omelet with bacon, ham and veggies. My family ordered many different things including pancakes, home fries, corn beef hash, eggs, and french toast. It was all spectacular! The atmosphere in this place was so vibrant and you could tell that everyone working there wanted to be there! Don't be alarmed by the "hole in the wall" appearance as it was great in every aspect. When we talked with the waitress about how good the food was I told her the restaurant had 5 star reviews and she had no idea! That just goes to show how they care more about the people and services they provide rather than anything else!
