The online tracker claimed that our pizza was delivered, but I was watching. No delivery car ever drove by, the pizza was NOT delivered. We called, and the manager lied to us until we revealed we had been watching the tracker, which is then when they tried to make amends. It's bad enough to have no pizza and a lying delivery worker, but a lying manager? Speaks volumes about the ethics of this particular location. As long as that manager works there, I can't trust this place. Domino's can do better. Forcing us to pre-tip means we were forced to pay the tip for a pizza that didn't arrive...
Edit: Once again, Domino's has marked pizza as delivered when it was not. The managers blame the drivers, but I wouldn't be too sure. Either way, this location has proven to be consistently unreliable and will happily take your money without giving you your pizza. You are probably better off picking it up from their location in person.
Edit #2: Decided to try in-person, and to no one's surprise, no pizza! Even when you are physically waiting in the store, forty minutes later there will be no pizza. Apparently they didn't even mark it in their system even though we were right in front of their face while ordering. I can't give a rating lower than 1 star, but truly this place is only a scam. They'll waste your time and never give you a pizza, regardless of whether you wait in-store or try to get it delivered. This establishment either needs to fire all of its workers and start fresh, or be demolished and replaced with a business that actually does what you...
Read moreAnswered the phone to a terrible individual who clearly did not have any customer service experience (I understand to is late at night, but if I have a question it would have been nice for an answer up front). The employee then went to get the manager so that the manager could better assist with the issue. I told the manager that I just ordered $30 in pizza and that it was charged to my card. I could see the pending transaction so I was attempting to ask what was going on with the order. The manager, Alex, then stated that usually this inefficiency is due to the wrong zip code being input upon checkout. While this is understandable, I was attempting to ask Alex whether or not he saw the pending charge on his end. He stated that he did not see the charge on his operating system, and I could still see the pending transaction on mine. I told him I would be calling his corporate office and Alex stated, “well idk what they can do for you.” Which was kind of rude since I was literally asking him why it was pending if the wrong zip code was entered in the first place. I have been utilizing this Dominos since I’ve lived in Spring Hill, but now I will only be going to Marco’s pizza due to the customer service issue I have just received. I’ve never had a problem beforehand so I was really taken aback from this Dominos, especially since I was about to spend $30+...
Read moreDon't order extra cheese. They won't put the effort. Sucks it's back to slacking.
Update* it seems like when you order something with extra cheese... You pay more for nothing because they don't add extra cheese. Something that I've noticed that they've been slacking on. You pay extra money for what? Then I feel like I shouldn't have tipped.
So they slumped on accuracy and care for a bit months ago. They're back to being good. I been ordering from here since it was open. Just one thing ....9/5/24 whoever was cutting the pizza... Did you have a bad day? Just one of those idgaf days? One slice a sliver and the other slice 1/4 of the pizza 😂. Beyond that, you can trust on this shop. With that being said even if it's quick franchise pizza....tip. You tip the local shops you can tip these guys. Driver especially.
9/17 We are back to can't cut a pizza correctly that one slice was as big as my thumb. Under baking a pizza that's meant to be well done. Missing marinara for my sides. What's crazy is I ordered about a week and a half ago and it was perfect 🤌. Way more misses than hits and this used to be the go-to...
