Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Florida

Gloria should be fired. I placed an online order for two pepperoni stuffed cheesy breads, a medium pizza, and wings. Upon delivery, the three marinara sauces and ranch dressing were not included. I called the store and explained the problem to the manager on duty, Gloria, who said that she refuses to send a driver to deliver just sauces to me and that all she can do is offer me a credit for the sauces. I tried to explain that the food is not enjoyable without the sauce, but she insisted I could come to the store to collect the sauces, but the credit was all she was willing to offer. After I continued to explain this was unacceptable, she hung up on me. I called back and Gloria answered. She then began stating in an answering service sarcastic voice that she has caller ID and that she has nothing else to offer me since I found her offer unsatisfactory. Before I could respond, Gloria again hung up on me. I called back at least 10 times. All but one of those times, someone immediately hung up on me. The one time I was not immediately disconnected, Chase answered, and I asked him to connect me to the other manager on duty, David. As I was waiting, I was hung up on again before ever having the opportunity to speak with him. I paid for the order, including the sauces, the delivery fee, and a tip, and in the end Gloria and her team team treated me deplorably. Dominoes has lost me as a...

Update: Just spent $80 on four pizzas that were NOT cooked. Extremely doughy. My teens still ate it. Hoping they don’t get sick. However, I’m door dashing Zaxsbys as I can’t eat pizza that’s not cooked thoroughly and the one with chicken and pineapple taste way off so concerned one of ingredients is not good. What a waste. I give chance after chance. No more. Pizza Hut or j burns it is. PS in photos that is the dough not cheese

Update: It would kill them to get an order correct. Ordered extra chicken n pineapple n the put beef on it with chicken n no extra chicken. I said light in sauce. Hit that correct but they added extra cheese to point you gag on it.

Update: Ordered delivery today. They messed up the order. Now I have to go out and pick the order up that they are redoing or I have to pay another delivery charge. Seriously? They mess up and I have to pay for it? I’m done with dominos. If I have to pick up then J Burns is my new pizza place. I’m so over dominos

I ordered my pizza items online. The pizza and other items were made on time and delivered on time. The delivery person was very nice. I could not eat the pizza because it was very greasy, soggy, and seemed to have alot of spices (?) on it that I normally would not see on a Dominos pizza, which was overwhelming when it came to the taste of the pizza. The cheesy bread was nothing but dough and once again appeared to have an overwhelming spice taste to it. I was afraid to eat the chicken specialty. It just did not look like what I have eaten from there in the past. It may be mentioned that I had not ordered from this dominos in a good while, however, past experiences with this store had been positive. I don't think I will be ordering from this Dominos in the near future. Other Dominos that I have ordered items from were consistent with one another in how they tasted, the ingredients, and how they were prepared. This store was different. I hope they can improve on the quality and taste of their food items...
