Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Florida

normally I order on line and have pizza delivered...tonight I decided to take out...so I ordered on line and picked up...got home and wrong pizza...the box is correct but the pizza was not...they offered to make new pizza at no cost...Big deal..i drove 10 miles there and back home....they are now going to deliver the correct pizza...so I have to wait an hour for my food....I already paid for pizza...so giving me correct one is not covering me being put out...so I had to remind them I deserve better then correcting the problem...I went out of my way to go get pizza and now have to wait over an hour ...so finally they offered to give me my next pizza free...I normally tip nearly 5.00 each time plus the 2.50 delivery charge so I end up paying 20.00 for pizza...gosh seems little consolation one free pizza..i am regular customer too...but not for a while I guess I wont be even though I am already to get my next one free for...

I’m writing this because I have time because I’m waiting for my pizza. They ran out of Philly steak and attempted to call me three times but unfortunately my dad’s phone number was on file. Went to go pick up my order. Pizza was not made. These guys are awesome. They did everything out of their way to make me my pizza. However, else I wanted it, I always order from them. They’re my neighbors it’s always fresh hot and tasty and the pizza peeps are always very nice. Oh sweet thank you so much appreciate it. Thank you so much. I’m writing as a review right now. As my pizza is being brought out to me. I’m in Jersey boy and I love me some Jersey pizza, but man is Domino’s has a special place...

I have always been happy with this store, until recently. I buy fundraising books form my son's Elementary school with the knowledge that I should be able to use maybe at least 25% of the coupons in them. I call, the young Lady Madison, will not honor the coupon because there is no code on it. I was told by her that I should go look online for another coupon with a code. Forgive me, but this young lady has no idea how to handle a customer service issue. She did not even offer to check with the store owner or other associate on a creative alternative for her to enter the item. For more than 5 years I have gone to this store very frequently. I will no longer purchase anything from this...
