Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Florida

I ordered a large pizza and lava cakes the day before this visit and picked it up, but tonight when I called they said that the lobby was closed and only had delivery, which I couldn't understand. So, I stopped by the same store I had been at less than 24 hours before and a lady opened the door and said the lobby was closed and that I would have to order delivery. I have no idea why they make you pay the $5.99 delivery fee on top of the driver's tip and any other fees they add on to a delivery order. I had already added a tip when I picked up my order last night and all they did was cook it and take my payment. I don't really understand why it asks for a tip in that situation but don't want to hurt anyone's feelings so I added a tip. But I won't be eating Domino's again due to this bizarre way of making you pay extra fees when you are already at the store and they open the door only to tell you that you can't come into the lobby due to it being closed but have to make a delivery order. I don't agree with companies raising prices and forcing extra fees...

My family orders regularly from the Domino’s on Pine Forest near Nine Mile Road. We ordered 5 items. One of our items was poorly made totally below what we’ve purchased in the past. When my husband called a female answered the phone and stated that she was the manager. She never gave her name or a solution to the problem. Instead of giving an ounce of customer service, she asked if he was going to eat any of it in an unprofessional tone. When I suggested that they come back and pick it up. She rudely slammed the phone down and hung up on us. We made several attempts to call back and she wouldn’t answer the phone. The general manager needs to send this person through training on how to represent their company in a positive manner. If you live near this location, I recommend that you drive a couple more miles to the Nine Mile location. They are friendly and give great customer service. We had our food delivered, called and shared that everything was perfect except the pizzas, and was treated poorly by the MANAGER! I guess she didn’t care because she already...

Very disappointing....I goto this location ever since they open and I normally order alot. Today I called and place an order and the young lady said that they special is the 7.99 3 topping on large. I order 3 large. Got there and pay for it and wasn't think how much the total until I got home and realized my order cost so much for 3 of 7.99 and a cheese stix. Look at my receipt and I was charged $14 something each. Call back and asked why I was charge that much when the lady that put my order in said that their special was 7.99. So the manager got on the phone and said that they dont do the 7.99 anymore bcuz everyday is different. So I was like ok...hang up and called 2 different location and ask them if they where all doing the 7.99 deal and this location to...and they all said yes!! Its not about the price, but for me is about being honest to your customer. They where not honest...wont be going to...
