Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Florida

For awhile, my family and I would order from them fairly frequently and never had a problem. Lately we've been trying other places and recently ordered with Domino's again for the first time in a couple months, and I don't know what happened, but the quality at this location's definitely plummeted. I won't be ordering from them again.

Two weeks ago, we had a bunch of friends over and ordered a five pizza deal. Four of the pizzas were supposed to have white sauce on them, and they either had no sauce or so little sauce it was imperceptible. One of the pizzas was supposed to have feta on it and it was sprinkled on really lightly - you could count the chunks of it on your fingers. There were chunks of sausage on the mushroom pizza, which was for vegetarians. I didn't call to complain because I didn't find out about any of this until roughly an hour after the food arrived (I was busy hosting, and at that point my friends had already eaten a great deal of it because it was "good enough and didn't want it to seem that complaining about the pizza would be complaining about my hosting), but I conveyed all this in the comments box (I had ordered online). I never heard back from them.

Two nights ago, my wife and I had some other friends over and decided to give them another shot. My friends were the ones who ordered this time, three pizzas. Again, the two pizzas that were supposed to have feta only had it very lightly sprinkled on. The third pizza, which was supposed to have hot sauce, didn't. My wife called and got them to send out a replacement for that one. The replacement was DROWNING in hot sauce, to such an extent that my wife couldn't eat it. Furthermore, it had globs of cheese on it after we specifically reminded them not to put cheese on it because one of the people sharing that one was vegan. The amount of hot sauce on that replacement pizza made it clear they had done it to be spiteful. Maybe the cheese as well, or maybe their cooks are really sloppy and can't keep their toppings clean and in the right bins, like how we got sausage on my mushroom...

I have been going to this Dominos since they ever open and this is without a doubt the best Dominos in Gainesville if not America! Regardless of the day their service is always fast for carry out that is. I live so close delivery is would be silly. Doesn’t matter if it’s Friday night or Saturday during the big game my waits for hot pizza never exceeds 20 minutes which in my opinion is a high estimate because I’ve been there within 10 and the food is already done. They are that efficient! I remember the manager from a few years when I lived by the 13th street location he was there training their staff! This manager if he is still there obviously has that IT factor he is capable of running the most efficient Dominos plus having to train other locations due to their inefficiency and apathy towards the product. I have lived all over the SE and up to Nebraska and this is the best Dominos in all my travels. I applaud this owner and general manager for hiring the best workers and training their employees the right way. I’m not sure why the management is so bad at this place. Order 1 pizza and 25 minutes later it still isn’t even in the oven. Enter the lobby, and am immediately deafened by this absurd alarm thing going off, like a phone ringing but maybe a notice from their make line, I’m not sure. It was so loud that it was hurting the ears of everyone in the store, like are the employees so afraid to say “hey boss, that’s a little loud?” The insanely loud racket went on for about ten straight minutes, all while the cashier continually argued with an elderly man about a coupon not being valid, and was way less than polite about it “I’m not sure what to tell you” he said after going back and forth for 5 straight minutes. After not even being acknowledged in the lobby, and the tracker showing that after 25 minutes, my food was still on their make line screen, I just walked out. It was unbearably bad.
