Dope Vegan — Restaurant in Florida

Alright this one is a long one. As you look through my little journeys in my reviews you see that I seem to have a bit of an hard time finding places with a solid environment. I will say this place does a good job preventing that, the environment is very cute and welcoming. It gives you the feel of an outdoor BBQ vibe which honestly is done very well.

The sweet potato fries let me tell you, I HATE sweet potato fries but here? Ugh! Couldn't get enough they were so good, I genuinely don't have a comparable experience in the taste. I'm definitely sorry to the say the cookies weren't any special but it adds if you want some sugar.

Now for the headliner their melt? It was very well put together I could easily eat it without it falling apart which in my experience happens a lot with vegan spots, they're very wet and sloppy which makes me feel uncomfortable with the texture. The food here gives a grandmother cooking vibe, I unfortunately didn't get the opportunity to speak to the owners but I absolutely will add more because it's going to be one of my main vegan spots as a omnivore who genuinely likes meat but this place hits the vegan taste with a pleasurable experience in both, environment and...

We visited this vegan restaurant excited to try it out and placed an order for three burgers specifically two chicken burgers and one Best of Both Worlds burger. Unfortunately, when the food arrived, we were given only one chicken burger, one Dope burger, and one Best of Both Worlds burger.

My husband had been really looking forward to the chicken burger and mentioned it even before we got to the restaurant, so when we raised the issue with the staff, we were surprised at the response. Instead of trying to resolve it, the staff member insisted (quite rudely) that we had ordered a Dope burger, which was not true. The way it was handled felt dismissive and left us very disappointed.

To be clear, the food itself was good and the atmosphere was nice, but customer service is equally important, and this experience really put a damper on our visit. A simple acknowledgment of the mistake and fixing the order would have made all the difference.

In addition to your amazing food, I also want to commend your staff for their friendly and welcoming service. Every time I visit, I'm greeted with a smile and made to feel right at home.

Overall, I can confidently say that Dope Vegan is not just my favorite vegan restaurant, but one of my favorite restaurants, period. Thank you for all that you do to create such a wonderful dining experience. I'll definitely be returning soon!
