Los Catrachos Restaurant — Restaurant in Florida

This restaurant (location) does not have a clue of what they are doing and how to treat their customers. Every time I go it takes a long time for someone to come to the table and get the order. After the order has been placed, it takes at least 35 minutes for the food to come out (I always order appetizers) and it still takes that long. On November 22, I met up with friends for dinner (they had just ordered by the time I arrived), it took at least 20 minutes for a waitress to come over and take our order and that was because I had to tell her no one took our order yet. She took our order and brought us our drinks. 30 minutes went by and the people that placed their order after us, their food was coming out already. We waited a couple minutes longer and our food never came out. I went up to the counter and told the manager/owner I was only paying for the drinks because our food never came out. He was rude and unapologetic and said they have other orders. My husband goes there 3-4 times a week because his co-workers and himself like their food. Staff has been always nice except today when he realized that he was missing one baleada from a $60 plus order. He called and Alexa/ Alexis told him over the phone that she didn’t miss count them which it’s basically saying he was lying about it. He went to the restaurant and this person did not admit her mistake and she was rude towards him, definitely, she does not know how to provide customer service. Had the worst experience here with my family customer service was horrible! Took over 30 minutes to sit down! Another 15 just to get our drink order and to top it off they said they could not accommodate our food needs because they were busy and the kitchen staff would become upset! After we made an attempt to speak to the manager he refuse to come to our table to speak to us. Once we finally were able to place our food order (still haven’t received our drinks) they came back and told us they ran out of what we had ordered!
