Dunkin' — Restaurant in Florida

Had an interesting experience at this Dunkin Donuts today. My girlfriend ordered an iced coffee with almond milk, white chocolate and blueberry. The beverage we received was almost entirely white and had no coffee flavor at all. She has ordered this beverage at several other Dunkin locations and never had this result. We walked back around to the counter and asked if there was any coffee in the beverage. Initially surprised, the associate there chose not to engage with us or clarify what the issue was but to angrily remake the beverage in EXACTLY THE SAME WAY. She also made sure to gruffly point out that the beverage was the same color, as if that solved the problem. Rather than excaccerbate the issue or try to explain a problem that was apparently beyond her comprehension, we left with the milky-white drink.

This short interaction was a remarkable display of poor customer service, inappropriate attitude, lack of communication skills and out and out incompetence all in one go. Not only was this person not interested in doing her job, she was incapable of doing it correctly, saw no reason to try and correct her error or improve customer experience when provided the chance and didn'twant to talk about it either.

The drink and the service we recieved here were both hilariously bad. This is the only time I've wished for a zero star option. There several other places within a few minutes of here to grab a coffee, go to any of those instead. They have an excellent locations for the store, piggybacking off the traffic of Walmart, it's a shame the seem so insistent on minimizing their return customers.

TL;DR: Don't waste your time or your money at this...

When I came in there was only one Girl working (Ginny) and I was the fourth in line. She did an amazing job getting everyone taken care of, not only in a timely manner, but also with an extremely friendly demeanor. When it was my turn, She greeted me with a smile and asked what she could get started for me. I wasn't sure, so she patiently took the time to help me make up my mind and then proceeded to make me the Best Signature Latte That I've ever had. I have to say, this has been the worst DD I have been to, and unfortunately I have to go here often. On two different occasions someone has failed to open the store and so the mobile order I put it was not ready. On my last visit I waited almost 30 minutes for my on the go order! My kids were late for school and it was a mess. Probably 10% of the time my order has been ready correctly and on time at this location.
