The name of the worker on my receipt is Jada 973755.
This is the absolute worst customer service I've ever received and I am completely appalled at the entire experience. I have never been so rudely talked to by a service member. Her frustration for the time I showed up because "we have 12 minutes until closing" showed the entire interaction. For you to be so utterly rude and disrespectful with no regard towards the customer because I came close to closing time is beyond comprehension. From the moment I pulled up to the ordering line until the very end she was short mannered and had a nasty tone. Told me I ruined her night because I came 12 minutes before closing (which I had no idea they closed soon and if it was that big of an issue I would not have chose to come and be subjected to such treatment) and she continued to have an attitude while huffing and puffing the entire interaction. This puts a bad taste in my mouth for Dunkin Donuts as this type of service given should not be acceptable at all. I've never received service of this nature at any other competing company and makes me more inclined to travel a further distance knowing I'll be serviced with more compassion, care, and respect elsewhere.
Copied and pasted from a complaint I emailed the company. Honestly, the store on Symmes and 301 has way better customer service. This isn't the first time the workers at this store were rude but this exchange really topped it all. And they always get SOMETHING wrong with our orders. Just do yourself the favor and drive the extra distance to another near by location, there's probably 4-5 in any direction...
Read moreEvery experience we have had here has been bad, and my order has never been correct, not even once. We unfortunately keep giving them additional chances because my daughter attends the high school across the street, and it is convenient...but today was our final attempt at getting good service. This morning before school we ordered a large iced chai tea latte and a breakfast sandwich, and we were given the correct sandwich and a hot beverage. I handed it back to the manager who seemed annoyed (it was their mistake, not mine, they repeated the order back to me correctly...and I got no apology), and they returned a STILL hot beverage in a different cup with approximately 3 or 4 half melted ice cubes in it. We did not discover this until we had pulled away, and there was not enough time to return to make them fix their mistake a second time. And this has happened every time they have messed up our orders in the past too. The ice cubes of course melted immediately, and the beverage remained hot. Not luke warm, HOT. So we never got what we ordered, an ICED beverage. The lazy employee (the manager most likely) who didn't fix their mistake cost us $5. This time. I have lost track of how much money we have lost there without getting what we ordered in total, but it won't...
Read moreThis is the Dunkin that makes me talk trash about Dunkin Donuts. I've been (was) consistently going to this location on the way to work for over a year. Every single day I order the same exact thing, and every single day I get a different coffee. That mixed with pulling you to the front when there's nobody behind you, waiting to order for 10+ minutes through their duct taped speaker, and then asking you sometimes TWICE what you ordered while you're waiting at the window.
I've started going to the one down on 301 across from the Winn-Dixie, and every day I get a perfect, ice cold coffee. So it's completely doable, but the Boyette location just seems to not care.
If you want to feel like you're dealing with a brand new employee everytime you go there just to be greeted by tenured, trained staff that you recognize then by all means come here! Otherwise, choose literally any other Dunkin...
