This Dunkin’ used to be my favorite location not only because of location, but primarily the incredible staff and service. I have never experienced an issue, at least nothing notable. Unfortunately, this standard has not been met recently. Since the new manager (Dave I believe?) came into the store, all service quality AND drink orders have severely declined. I have since stopped coming to this location due to how horrible it has become. I now drive out of my way if I want Dunkin’, but with all things considered, it is worth it to not have to step foot into this specific location ever again. First off, the new manager is NOT meant for the customer service industry. He does not show any sort of kindness or competence when it comes to his job. He lacks the skill to make a simple coffee order correct, but most importantly, he creates a very uncomfortable environment. This is what led me to finally leave a review. I have witnessed the young girls who are apart of the staff be obviously uncomfortable around him. He does not attain an appropriate DISTANCE nor energy towards these young girls. It is abundantly clear how uncomfortable they are around him and it makes me sick. I could understand if this was a slight “vibe” i picked up once being there, but it was every time and it was clear that I was not the only one who noticed this. Other customers waiting with me have made comments to me about it as well. It is not right for a manger, let alone ANYONE, to act this way. These young girls should come to work and feel at ease, not uncomfortable and dreading it. I feel for them truly, again, which is why I had to write this review. I was concerned when I noticed the quality of service and product decline, but it is no question as to why it’s happening. It is the manager, Dave. I will never return to this location unless they reconsider who they hire, for the sake of the employees...
Read moreMy brother recently visited from St Louis Missouri which upon us returning him to the airport we stopped for breakfast and coffee. Our Dunkin in Ormond always has great service, friendly staff.. it's clean and the white creme doughnut 🍩 with chocolate over the top.. although I can't ever remember the name of them except it starts with a B..it's also NOT Bavarian cream..bc the are always sold by the time I go..what's super cool I've can place an order for them.. which made my day! On my visit w my brother we sat inside to eat which was actually comfortable and very convenient for us. The only one issue is I don't understand why the Dunkin's don't make creme sticks down South here anywhere. Ohio that same Kreme filled doughnut use the same except ingredients the difference it's oblong and a specialty item .. more expensive however Ohio stores would usually sell out bc they're THE BEST DOUGHNUT IN MY OPINION.. they also have a small limited selection for items such as a sovienior cup or coffee to...
Read moreAs a local resident I was hoping this location would be a business we could all be proud of and enjoy their offerings. Unfortunately, they've failed miserably. On consecutive weekends we were looking forward to enjoying freshly baked muffins only to be told the muffins weren't ready due to the store running behind. Okay, I can understand once, but twice consecutively. It's quite apparent there's a staff and preparation problem. As a franchisee owner I would be smoke'n hot angry watching cash money drive away. Not far from this DD there's a Starbucks, Java House, both with equally good coffee, donuts and muffins. Actually, Java's donuts are much better. Bottom line, don't waste your time and money at this location. There's a DD about 2 miles south of this location that is always ready for...
