Dunkin' — Restaurant in Florida

I go to this Dunkin everyday to get my coffee, yesterday 11/3/22 I went at 6:07 or so, the girl at the drive thru window was not personable at all. She took my card and as soon as the card had processed she took a picture of the screen from her cell phone. I thought this was strange. She also didn’t give me my receipt or have a name badge on. I didn’t think this was appropriate so I tried to call the store and it rang and no one picked up after multiple attempts. I then called a different store on Cleveland Avenue to ask questions as to what she may have been doing because of course I’m thinking my debit card has been compromised and when someone answered the phone I asked to speak with the supervisor. The girl that answered the phone went to hand the phone to the supervisor and I heard her say “she wants to speak to a supervisor” in a very sarcastic and demeaning way. I told the supervisor Dana that I heard what she said and she needs to be a little more professional when speaking with and about customers. I then proceed to explain to Dana what had happened and she advised me that my bank card information does not show on the screen except for the last 4 numbers of the card. She then explained that what that employee could have done was save the receipt to upload it to the fetch app or a similar app. I had no idea what the fetch app was so I looked it up and it is an app that people can upload their receipts to get cash back, rewards, gift cards etc. as far as taking the picture with her cell she was unsure as to why she would have done that. After receiving this information I again tried to call the store to speak with the supervisor and once again there was no answer. Dana was very helpful and her reassurance was appreciated. As for this particular Dunkin in fort myers shores I’m pretty disappointed with the service I was given. I would like to see their employees be coached on how to be more personable, appropriate as well as using their better judgment. If that was what she was doing I feel like this needs to be addressed with that employee. 2 stars for my coffee...

One of the newest and nicest Dunkin Donuts I have visited. This is a chain restaurant. There are over 9400 Dunkin restaurants in 45 of the United States with 15% of them in New York. Florida has 892 or 9% of them. I have been to several of the Florida locations. This particular location is several miles to the east side of Fort Myers in Fort Myers shores. It is on the North side of Palm Beach Blvd. It has a drive-through and plenty of parking. If the main blvd is a little busy there is also a road behind it with access to the restaurant. Outside looks like a new building. The inside was very nice and had several small tables for people to sit and eat at spaced a good distance apart from each other. The ceiling was very tall and there were large windows on two sides of the inside room giving it a spacious feel. You order at the counter and pick it up at the next counter. The staff was friendly, organized, and efficient. The restaurant was clean. The prices were comparable to other Dunkin locations and reasonable for the time. I got a donut and sat with friends and enjoyed it. It is a good location for getting a snack...

I go to dunkin at least once a week. I have been to this location for years and I have loved it. However recently I have had trouble getting my coffee. I am on a Keto diet and milk is not included in the dairy products that I am able to have. I am able to have light or heavy cream. I love the iced lattes and as a dietary request I ask for them to be made with cream instead. I was told by the shift leader on duty that she was not able to make them like that because they are not allowed. She said that the owner and manager will not allow it. I understand if you can't do it as a hot latte because it may clog the frother. However all they are doing is pouring it in the cup just like you would any other milk. They have all different kinds of other milk to choose from such as almond milk, oat milk, or skim, which are not allowed in my diet either. It's not even like it cost them more to make. I used to work at dunkin and we had several daily orders for coffee with 10 cream or 15 cream. Not everyone is going to get it like that, but some need that option and it is sad that they...
