Dunkin' — Restaurant in Florida

I went with my baby in her stroller this morning. The service was absolutely fantastic and the food was perfect. As I was leaving, I was holding my food and put the coffee in the stroller cup holder. As I was leaving the store, the coffee fell from the cup holder and spilled everywhere near the front door. The employees were all very kind and helpful and even offered to replaced my coffee. They were truly what saved the experience for me. I suggest putting an ADA Push Button Door Opener for people who have mobility needs and parents with strollers! Trying to open the door with everything I bought and get the stroller out was really what caused me to spill my coffee. The girl taking my order on Sunday (10/8) at 1:15pm in the drive through had a terrible attitude. We pull up to the drive through speaker and we are met with “Dunkin” that’s it. No welcome to Dunkin nothing. So I say “Hi, how are you?” And she replies with “I’m here.” We place the order and pull up. My husband shows my phone to scan it and he accidentally twice made it go off the scan screen. Instead of saying something she just stands there and he’s like. The second time she has an attitude about the screen. We felt so uncomfortable. As she hands us our drinks, my husband says thank you each time she hands him a drink. And she literally ignores him. I’m thinking maybe she needs a job where she doesn’t have to work...

As others mentioned the initial welcome of “Dunkin” over the speaker phone is a little off. I order a hot coffee and hot food, the coffee was hardly lukewarm. When given to me, she told me taste this and see if its warm enough. It wasn’t, they already knew. She said she could remake it, but now i feel like a giant bother to have her do that. She told me the food would take a while since they just turned off the machine, it took maybe 3 minutes and the food was cold on the inside.
