Dunkin' — Restaurant in Florida

The absolute worst customer service I have ever experienced! I'm a Texas Girl, here in Tally for a short time while my husband finishes a work project. Definitely not an ounce of any southern hospitality. And the lady made my blueberry pomegranate refresher using coconut milk when I asked for no coconut milk. I just wanted the refresher. I had ordered the same drink 2 days prior from another less than desirable dunkin worker. (at the same location) He just made the drink and it was delicious. So, I had no idea it was made with green tea, coconut milk, or lemonade. So she was yelling at me what did I want then and that she worked there and knew how the drinks were made so what did I want. I was like idk because the guy just made it for me the other day. She continued to raise her voice and I finally just said give me back my drink and told the manager they really need to work on customer service at that location and said I will not be back. It's 1 min from my apt, but I will drive 5 mins to the nxt location...

Love coming here to work, get out of my home office. Huge thank you to Kenesha, she assisted me with connecting to internet, it needed to be reset on their end. She took the time to assist, it was appreciated, the rest of the staff, very nice. Impressive they clean during down time, most places do not. That's signs of a good management team. Women's bathroom a little warm, but clean. This location has a "feast or famine" occurrence, but seems pleasant, plays the DD radio, great selection of music, not too loud. Would not be able to conduct conference/ or video calls here, due to volume or clients in an out, FYI, but very comfortable environment, roomy to work if you need to get out of the office and want a change of scenery. This location has a very nice, small patio, decorated nicely. As I stated before, I like this location, owner and management have done a great job in keeping it up. Hope it remains that way. I go to this Dunkin a lot, and the food and coffee is always mediocre, which is good enough for me. Today I waited over 30 minutes in the drive thru line (which is fine, they were busy) for the worst coffee and avocado toast I have ever seen in my life. The cream(?) in my coffee looks like it was rotten, as it had separated and chunks were floating on top. I tasted the coffee anyway (against my better judgement) and yeah, it was definitely spoiled. I'm not sure why they even gave it to me, as it was extremely obviously not safe to drink. The avocado toast, on the other hand, was completely burnt. The top is literally pitch black, and they didn't even try to cover it all with the avocado spread. Biting into it is like trying to bite into a rock. Normally I wouldn't leave such a bad review, (because I know they were busy and understaffed) but the food, and especially the coffee, is literally unsafe to consume, and they had no problem...
