Dunkin' — Restaurant in Florida

Ridiculous. From no one answering the drive thru, to locking the doors and making people go thru through drive thru to pick up their online orders. No one seems to want to work, customer service is nonexistent and it’s just sad.

Thiight I’d give them a chance again… a year later still the same foolishness! 12:32pm, front doors locked, young lady with braids in Dunkin’ uniform sitting in first booth, face timing someone on her phone. I knock, she ignores me. Keep knocking still ignores me, I finally yell into the door crack are you not open? She said no go through the drive thru. I said you should put up a sign at least, rolled her eyes and shrugged her shoulders and went back to her phone. Go to the drive through young man says we only have coffee and donuts how can I help you. I said you have no good at all? He said no. I asked, is there a reason? Horrible place. 100% wish this place would fire all its employees. Went in at about 7:40 in the drive thru and no response. I went to the window to order the girl rudely made a disgusting face. When I get off my car to order in person, she ran to the door and LOCKED it saying “ we are closed “. Other people approached the door and as she’s telling them it’s closed she has HER FRIENDS INSIDE THE STORE. Google saids they close at 10 and it blows my mind how this girl was really inside with all her friends and I waited to see when they were really closed. She had allllllll her friends waiting inside when they were “ closed “. Moments later the friends starts to yell and get rowdy and disgusting provoking a fight. Disgusting place. I would love to give the store a five star for the beautiful staff that works there on Sunday.. But I just feel that the person that owns this establishment needs to do better and have supplies in his store. How do you run a $6 Duncan promotion and do not have hash browns. The store could not make any avocado toast because there is none to make they had no variety in bagels and I can go on and on because everything I ask for they did not have and they have to substitute for me. But the staff was wonderful they tried to please me cuz I just informed them I got off a cruise ship I'm hungry and I have 4 hour drive ahead of me and they try to do the best they can to take care of my needs.
