Dunkin' — Restaurant in Florida

I was disappointed in this place, I buy 200 munchkins here every Sunday. This week I made a mistake, I ordered 7 dozen donuts and 400 munchkins for friday but it was for Sunday, not Friday. I went early on Friday and aske them that it was a mistake, that if they can postpone the order until Sunday, and the woman who attends me every Sunday got upset telling me 'No, that can't be done, you ordered more than two hundred dollars in donuts, and we order that elsewhere, we can't do that, also that's not your money, that's church money." When she told me that I felt disrespected, because it's good that the order couldn't have been postponed , but do not tell me "THAT IS NOT YOUR MONEY, IT IS FROM THE CHURCH", what an insensitive and dirty comment and not only that, but the sadness of seeing the falsehood of the people, and lack of courtesy... the day that I made the order that same woman told me "Are you going to give me a big tip?", and I told her: In the time that I have been buying the munchkins here, you have never even given me a free donut. These situations in which one has to get away from this kind of people hurt...

I had a coupon from Entertainment books for DD. I have been buying these coupon books for years and have never had a problem using them. I went to the DD store the coupon said it was accepted at. I gave the cashier my coupon which was buy one sandwich and coffee get one free sandwich and coffee of equal or less price. The cashier called Nasir the manager bc she wasnt sure had to use the coupon. I asked for two didnt coffee and sandwiches and she said I had to order two of the same food items and Mr. NASIR didnt want to honor the coupon deal. It didnt say I had to get the same items. I didnt care paying for two expensive items and getting two lesser items. He didnt understand English that great and wasnt nice at all. Was very disappointed and disgusted with his attitude. I asked him for his name and to write it down for me on my recipe and he gave me an attitude, told me all the information you need is on the recipe. Will never go back to this store again. I was worried they were going to do something nasty to my food bc I was complaining. Couldn't enjoy my food. Highly disappointed with this...

It's an average Dunkins and I would give it a better review if not for a few employees. These two ladies wore the hijab and this is not directed to anything but their service. Unfortunately, they continuously misheard customers before me and myself. They seemed to extremely rush customers and paid no attention to simple gestures such as saying hello, have a good day, or putting the donut faced up in its bag. Furthermore they had no food prepared nor took the time to warm-up my mini bagels or the bagel that I didn't order😬. They did not complete the order of another customer and when given a chance to add the caramel drizzle the customer was missing, the customer was instead given a cup of caramel. Management should genuinely reconsider these ladies positions as a lack of patience will make sloppy work. I've already read other comments about their service and completely agree as these ladies would do better somewhere else at least if this Dunkin values the morale of...
