The drive thru line always takes forever. They literally told me one time that it was going to be at least a 40 minute wait for them to just TAKE my order as soon as I pulled up to the box and then who knows how long it would take to get my order. I was trapped in the drive thru so I didn’t have a choice. How does it take that long to make coffee and the sandwiches? I ended up waiting over an hour. I don’t have the luxury to wait that long. I’ll go somewhere else. I always encounter extremely rude staff no matter what time of day. One time I went through the drive-thru and I am assuming that guy was new because I have never seen him before. It sounded like he was talking to me because he didn’t turn his headset off. So I started to give him my order and he said “excuse me! I am not talking to you! You are going to have to wait your turn.” Also because he didn’t turn off his headset, I heard him saying profanities through the drive thru speaker after he yelled at me. My drink is never made correctly. Once my iced caramel macchiato didn’t even have coffee/espresso in it! It was just milk and caramel. Yuck! And due to all the issues with the drive-thru, I have walked inside to find flies swarming in the donuts and dirty, nasty counters. I will never return to this Dunkin ever again even if my life depended on it. It’s a shame because it’s the only Dunkin in Sebastian with a drive thru AND they are losing a bunch of money because i go to Dunkin every single day. I will only use the one on US1. Read moreThe worst Dunkin ever. I went for lunch on Friday to just get one sandwich and 1 coffee. I placed my order on the app less than 3 minutes before getting in the drive-through line. I had 1 car in front of me, and it still somehow took 35 minutes to get up to the window. Once I arrived at the window, they handed me a melted coffee and a cold breakfast sandwich. I asked if they would please mind reheating the sanwhich for me. The girl said yes, walked back and I heard a man yell. The man then came up to the window and asked if I was the one who asked for the reheated food. He then raised his voice at me that it's my fault for placing an order online, and I should expect my food to be this way. I told him I'd been waiting in the line for 35 minutes and had not expected that, and all I wanted was for my food not to be cold. He then started to yell at me, and I cut him off to ask if he was the manager or if he had a right to be speaking to me that way. He then slammed the drive-through window and left. The girl came back with my food and looked mortified. I asked for a manager but there wasn't one on duty. I called customer service and was told the GM would call me, but it has now been almost 48 hours with no call. This is the worst customer service experience I've ever had. I will never go back.

Read moreExtremely slow. I only go in the afternoon. Never morning. I am always (yes always, not an exaggerating) asked to wait at the speaker even if there is no one ahead of me. After a few minutes I'll give my name (I do moble orders) then I go up to the window and wait a few more minutes for anyone to open the window even though there I no one ahead of me and it was a moble order put in plenty of time. The people are typically not friendly. Not everyone but the store lacks motivation. I've worked in food service and my husband has even worked at another dunkin. This is the only one on my way to work so I continue to go when I would like something specifically from dunkin. Today I went. I had one car ahead of me. After awhile I got up to the speaker and was asked to wait (normal) because of a shift change (not normal, it was 1149am) I waited ten minutes before anyone speaking to me again. In that time there were 5 cars behind me and the woman behind me started complaining about not being able to leave but I didn't want to go to the back of the line after waiting so long. So apologies or anything. I had the moble order and told them at the speaker and when I got to the window they asked if I was the moble order. 🤷♀️ I've emailed about this specific store before. I am patient and don't mind waiting (I've been in fast food) but when it is every single time plus unfriendly people it gets old and frustrating. There needs to be a better manager...
