Firehouse Subs Beal and Racetrack — Restaurant in Florida

The cashiers and the kids who make the sandwiches were extremely rude. I was leaving winn dixie and saw the bright glowing open sign from my truck in the parking lot. After I loaded my groceries, I decided to go TRY and grab a sandwich for my husband. I had no idea they closed at 9pm, and saw seveal people go in and out. When I walked in, all employees looked at me as if I had sprouted another head. I had asked to get a sandwich for my husband who was on his way home. The more Hispanic looking lady said "excuse me?" I repeated myself and she refused to serve me because it was after 9pm. It was 901. I was very polite when I went in asking for a sandwich but their attitudes and responses to me were rude, sarcastic and completely disrespectful. Though I wanted a sandwich from this place, firehouse subs is ok at best. My first experience here my food was soggy from the amount of sauce put on the sandwich and the pickle juice that spilled from the bag they shove in the sandwich paper. It was sloppy and all over the place. I decided to give it a second try and ended up getting sick. I said no more. Tonight it seemed the best option for him because all else that's open is taco bell and McDonald's, but it looks like firehouse will never have our service, our friends service or our family's...

I came into the location and asked if I could have a medium steamer (extra toasted) with a combo most of the sodas were out and the chips werent stocked and were out of the items I wanted now stuck with combo price 15.00. When I got my sandwich to the car, it was soft and mushy and I took the sandwich back inside and ask them for them to please post it the extra I had asked for so they decided to burn it to unedible.I came into the location and asked if I could have a medium steamer extra toasted. I usually go to the one on Eglin Parkway but decided that this was on the route home and I would go ahead and stop here. I will never be back again.. I would definitely like to have a call from the manager. As I would love to send him or her a picture of the absolute mess I had to sit and pick off pieces too hard to even chew. I was given for my dinner burnt on the inside like pitch black and lettuce that doesnt even come on that sandwich, That cost me $15. I could have just flushed down...

I went in to get a sub the other day, there was barely anybody in there so i figured it would be relatively quick, the whole staff was in the back laughing and goofing around so they didnt notice i was waiting to have my order taken, I tried to get one of the young mens attention and finally was approached by a younger blonde guy who appeared to be a manager of sorts, he seemed as if it was a chore to help a customer when it was his job to do so, he seemed extremely uninterested and lifeless, i asked him if he could specifically make sure there was no mayo ( im allergic ) and when i got my sandwich, it had mayo. I asked if I could have it remade, and they said okay, and had it done within a couple seconds.. all they did was just wipe the mayo off. I didnt want to ask again so i decided to just go eat somewhere else. Horrible location, bad staff, all around just not a good experience. Dont waste...
