Hello I came in last night needed to use the phone because my daughter and I were stranded I asked for a water and use of the phone Mikey must have been the manager on duty however was very rude there was a guy named Joe he was polite and helpful the whole time after a while the guy Mikey came back out accused me of being rude to other customers that had already left When all I had asked the customers was if they could Google a taxi number for me because I couldn’t getting anybody on the phone how is that being rude to anybody Mikey asked me to leave because he thought I was being rude to customers and he wanted me to leave there’s no reason for him to kick me out of a restaurant with my seven-year-old daughter he should be fired and maybe take a course on how to deal with customers Joe deserves a pay raise or a manager position for his outstanding customer service will not be coming to this waffle house in...
Read moreI visited this Waffle House between 6:18AM and 6:45AM on Jan 5, 2010. I'm a 40 something black man. When I arrived I received a 'good morning' salutation. A white male arrived a few minutes after me and receieved a 'good morning sir' salutation. The hash browns and eggs were great. I went to the cashier with check and cash in hand. A white female employee, in close proximity to the cash register, continued a conversation with a customer as I waited at the cashier register. I put the check and cash with a tip on the counter and walked out. I didn't receive any thanks for visiting. After telling the lady multiple times and physically handing my phone to her to see the order because it’s a to go order. she EVEN ASKED If I wanted certain things on that order and I still received the wrong order . Just frustrated at the end of a long day I didn’t want to have to go back after getting home with the food after being clear on the order. Never fails always something. Please make sure you as the waitress get your orders correct and chk it before packing it to go out that door. Common sense.
