Wish I could give 0 stars. But I really hope people read this review before heading here. Walk in , soda machine down. Ordered a California roll and a house salad to start . The roll came to us in like a store bought container. Like from a grocery store. We ordered a steak and shrimp hibachi. Now I’m no expert but I’m pretty sure veggies, rice, steak and shrimp take a little longer than 5 mins to bring to table . The steak was rubbery and tasted like frozen meat. The shrimp you could tell was not cooked on a hibachi but maybe was cooked in the microwave. (There we’re no grill marks, it was completely pink and looked like fake shrimp) Everything was terribly bland but just covered in some weird tasting gravy sauce …. Read morePlaced an order online was told 15-20 it’ll be ready showed up 25 minutes later entered and was never greeted for a while. Finally someone asked if I was picking up or ordering. I said pick up and proceeded to repeat my order the guy rang me up but the total wasn’t right. I asked and he said ooh yeah they we are out of salad. How do you run out of salad but asked me 30 minutes ago while placing the order if I wanted extra dressing. Finally after another 10 minutes it was ready (35 minutes)!!! So home with a ton of sushi and no salad only to be greeted with boxes of the typical roll from there mushy and falling apart. 2nd time trying here and I’ll stick with the Toledo...
Read moreUpdate: I got sick after eating here. The tuna in the Godzilla roll tasted way too fishy. Owner raised the price of the food by about 30% and is now giving smaller portions. I got the Godzilla roll and it wasn’t fresh tuna. It was canned tuna and tasted fresh out of the can. Got two spring rolls for 4.50 and they were literally the size of my pinky. I have never seen smaller spring rolls. Very very disappointing now. I won’t be surprised if this place closes down. It’s amazing how much this place changed after they increased their prices If you’re going to charge large restaurant prices then you need to offer a better dining experience. I will never...
