Hardee’s — Restaurant in Florida

I will NEVER eat at this location EVER again! French toast sticks were burnt and were so greasy i threw away 85% of what I ordered! The eggs used to be amazing! Idk what y'all changed but they a greasy hot mess! The biscuits and gravy used to be my fave from you guys.... they were golden brown alright and great till you get to the center which was under cooked! You have employees who are not washing their hands before returning to work.... I was actually in the bathroom with that employee! Yes I'm homeless living out our car in an adjoining parking lot and go in to use the bathroom. I was followed inside the bathroom and while I was on the toilet; your manager walked up to the stall I was in telling me.... "these bathrooms are for customers only, right?" How rude. I go in to pee and your manager HAS to follow me INTO the restroom? I didn't go into the facilidty to do drugs or to go into destroy the bathrroms..... or to make a mess. I will NEVER eat or even suggest to somebody to visit this establishment! One ... who eats somewhere if they bathrooms nasty to begin with. Who wants to give an establishment they hard earned money if... they going to be followed into a restroom and talked to like I'm a child or somebody who comes in to only to make a mess inside the establishment. Ordered a #1 burger for my 12 year old grandson. He only wanted a cheeseburger with ketchup onion and mayo. So none of the big extras and it still cost $6.00 ($5.99). The bun was cold the burger was burnt, dry, the cheese was still cold! The small fries had maybe 6 fries and only warm. At the window I decided to try a regular cheeseburger from the kid's menu. $2.79! I pulled forward and opened it and it's a good thing I did. STONE COLD! The entire thing, bun, burger, cheese and the burger was burnt as well. I can only assume that because it was from the kids menu it didn't matter what it tasted like as it was only a kid eating it and what would they know! I went thru again and complained and got another one for me but my grandson kept his (?). But even my second burger was not fresh so what does that tell you? It did NOT come off the grill and still had cold cheese... all this for $12.00+! Come ON! I told the cashier that the cook should be ashamed to serve food of this quality to the public, but I didn't blame her! She was very pleasant and polite and apologized, thru in an apple pie. I'll never eat here again especially at this price and this disregard for...

I am scarred for life. The man at the cash register had an obvious crush on my mother and repeatedly said the word beautiful 3 consecutive times. He then messed up our order twice and kept coming up to our table and talking to us for no specific reason. He came up to my best friend and I after messing up her cheeseburger which was supposed to be plain, and said I quote: “Does McDonalds or here have better burgers.” She didnt want to be rude and lied by saying Hardee’s had better burgers, “Yup thats because the meat here is real.” Ok sir.. we didnt even know the guy. Next, when we left the restaurant he followed us out, flagged us down, and yelled at us about the importance of being friends, then said goodbye to my mother?? Never again, EVER will I come back.
