Don't listen to the negative reviews. My wife and I stopped in last night. We are new to Zephyrhills and don't exactly fit in so weren't sure what to expect when we went. The bartender was extremely friendly and the place was clean. It's a bar at the end of the day. Nothing fancy, it's not pretentious. Nobody harassed us. There weren't drunks falling all over the place, although we did leave early so who knows what it gets like at midnight. Never felt more unwelcomed somewhere in my whole life. Came in for a drink and immediately felt unwanted. We tipped $8 on a $7 drink order and was as polite as can be hoping to ease the tension in the air. After ordering 1 drink a guy at the corner of the bar asked the bartender if "she was going to be able to handle us without him" then she came right over and asked us to leave. It's been almost 14 years since I last came here. This night was Mello, a cool bartender, and a nice scene. The only thing, the drink prices were a little pricey.
