Hardee’s — Restaurant in Florida

Disappointing food for an additional fee! ..............Skip this location!!!...............

I bought a mushroom Swiss burger and a regular burger meal and upsized it to medium. Turned out to be $17+.

The burgers were about six bucks and the miniscule portion of french fries and the very disappointing medium coke wound up being $5 additionally for the meal "deal."

Cold, burned, burger. The one star is for the cashier! She was kind and when I asked, she acknowledged this Hardee's has a different pricing format than others.

And for what? "Conveniently" located near I-75, (convenient and lucky for them that it's the only restaurant open that serves "hot" food for miles and miles.)

I'll avoid all Hardee's until the next opportunity I must order a burnt, overpriced, small portion "meal."

Once upon a Time, I enjoyed this chain, but now I have this burnt, lukewarm, taste in my mouth and a pang of hunger in my stomach still, this visit has turned me against all Hardee's for a long...

I would have given a 2 stars due to the food quality but the cashier was very polite, and apologized several times for the current wait. She explained that they were short staffed that day and it had been a very busy morning. Which explains why when we stopped in at 6:30 am we waited for several minutes at the register and didn't even see a single employee before we walked out. This visit when we got our food it was disappointing. Our small order of fries were cold and soggy, the onion rings had a slight touch of heat to them but not much, and the double cheese burger was literally ice cold! The meat wasn't even warm enough to melt the cheese and even that was still cold! When I tried to take the survey on the back of the receipt it wouldn't take the information. I see a lot of negative reviews so I am hoping management pulls themselves together to make...

I bought the 3 chicken tender combo and added 2 apple pies. My order took over 20 minutes to make. They did not even give me a cup for my drink until I request. I kept on asking them where’s my order only to be told it’s coming. I requested them to cancel. They told me they’re getting it ready. I waited for a few minutes. They came to me asking what did I order. I told them three tenders combo. When the order was finally out and spend off, I took a bite of my garlic bread.
