Subway — Restaurant in Florida

I went to this subway today to get a ham and pepperoni sub.

I have been going to subway for 10+ years as well as worked at one and was a manager for 3+ years.

I was given barely four pieces of ham across a foot long, with four pieces of pepperoni.

I asked if I would be charged double meat as typically when you get two full servings of meat that’s what happens. But I did not get a full serving of meat,

Then the two women in the subway couldn’t decide between the two of them the answer and I was told by the woman making my sub that they would handle it at the register. When there was no one behind me, no line, and I wanted what I was going to pay for.

Then when I told them I was okay, and they could trash the sub because it didn’t seem like they wanted to fix the issue I went to my vehicle.

I was making phone calls and trying to do work and the two employees decided to come outside and give me looks. I guess me refusing a sub that wasn’t made properly rubbed them...

I am a waitress myself at IHOP in lake city and the customer service I just experienced is beyond my disbelief. You need new staff these lady do work I get it, it gets tiring at 5pm at night I stay next door and see them all the time I let it go myself on how rude they were to me but when you are rude to a son because he was holding the door open for his parents” hurry up and come inside your letting flies in” I have never made a complaint in my life because I know how real the struggle is on being busy and customer after customer I totally understand . But if flies were The issue put up some fly traps figure something out, but most definitely do not be rude to your customers. That is your money walking...

Walking into this Subway felt like stepping into sandwich heaven. The two girls running the show were like sandwich ninjas—fast, precise, and ridiculously friendly. The food?
