A SERVER AT THIS PLACE STOLE MY COMPUTER

I went to the Hole In The Wall at SW 117th Ave almost two months ago, I decided to take my bag with me so It wasn't visible inside my car. After 1 beer and some nachos me and my friend took off. When I got home late I realized I had left my bag with my computer there but the place was closed. Called first thing the next morning asking for my computer and they told that it hadn't been reported by the manager the night before. As I wanted to get my computer back I tried escalating and they told me to call "Andrea" or "Amanda" that were working at the King's Creek Location, but they NEVER took one call from me, not one— I was always told that I had to send an email or try again later.

After a couple days or so, the find my device of my iCloud alerted me that my computer had been used ( or that someone tried to) at a location in Cutler Bay, after seing the location I noticed it was a pawn shop. I went instantly to the pawn shop with two police officers and the pawn shop guys told them that it was a guy that had found the bag with the computer at his job more than a month ago, the physical description of the person EXACTLY MATCHED THE SERVER THAT TOOK CARE OF US THE DAY THAT I LEFT MY BAG, in other words, he stole my computer and this restaurant failed to check the cameras for me.

The next day I decided to go to the King's Creek Location and look for Amanda or Andrea in person, once again I was told that they were not available. I told the two girls the story in order to try to get somebody's attention and it worked, AMANDA came out after 20 minutes or so and invited me to the office where I told them everything. Amanda personally told me she was going to look into it and check the cameras and reach back to me.

Today, May 2nd 2018 43 days after this meeting she has never reached out to me, she does not answer my emails, she does not take my calls. A SERVER AT THIS PLACE STOLE MY COMPUTER AND NOBODY DID NOTHING ABOUT IT, THEY DID NOT EVEN TRY TO CALL ME AND TELL ME WE ARE SORRY THIS HAPPENED AT...

I am very very disappointed in my experience. When we walked in everything was great, atmosphere was awesome. Then it all took a turn. I had to flag someone down & ask for my order to be taken after 8 minutes of waiting & watching everyone walk by. If i needed sauce, a refill, ketchup or anything I had to go out of my way to find someone to help me. All of our food was brought out at different times, so by the time the last person actually got their food everyone else’s was lukewarm. No one checked up on us once. There were three gentleman who shared all the tables, so why was no one checking up on my table. I watched everyone else at the other tables he helped, conversations be held with the customers. I had to ask FOUR TIMES for my bill to be split! I mentioned my concerns numerous times & it was brushed off. One of the gentleman was literally speed walking everywhere, dropping stuff, screaming at the tv. it was very clear he was intoxicated by the bloodshot redness of his eyes & slurring of his words. We left $0 tip on all three checks - wrote our reasoning why on the receipt. We were then approached by two of the servers outside of the restaurant as we are SITTING in our car about what was written on the receipt. Has been very long time since I posted a bad review. I wasn’t expecting things to be that bad. We order a salad and pull pork nachos to start. Blackened fish sandwich for my wife and BLT for me for dinner. Soda and water. At the beginning our waitress was very nice and polite. Drinks came fast. First surprise. Our dinner was served before the appetizers. Fish sandwich was dry and overcooked and the fries was cold and soggy. The BLT looked okay and fries was much better than my wife. When we finished with the nachos/ very good made. Our dinners was absolutely cold and disgusting. We ask for the manager just to let them know this is not the way to do business. The answer was. We don’t have a manager. Maybe they should. After our complaint our waitress, visibly upset say we don’t have to pay for the dinners. She grabbed our plates and the salad which we pray for and left for the kitchen. I understand was busy night but this evening was total disaster. When you messed up don’t give me an attitude just simply apologize. I guess we won’t be going back there again. To bad because we had different/ great experiences on different locations.
