I can't say much on the whole plaza, but I have started to go to Arcade Odyssey and boy is that blast. Basically relive your childhood with updated graphics and a lot of fun Japanese games to play. Highly recommend going to the place for Arcade Odyssey alone, although one of the employees sort of seems done with it haha, but that's neither here nor there.
