Hungry Howie's Pizza & Subs — Restaurant in Florida

If i could give no stars i would. The staff there is exceptionally rude im floored at how i was spoken to. On sunday i ordered a large half bacon and roni and half bacon pineapple i went to pick it up and it was very burned so i had them remake it i never left the store with the food well my 2nd pizza was equally burnt on top and on the crust so i asked for a refund and that asked to have one more chance at making it right to which my son and i agreeded to so they remade the 3rd pizza which looked beautiful so we took it home to enjoy but upon getting it home it was very undercooked. So i put the whole pizza up in my fridge and called up there today to speeak with a manager and was told he wasnt there but that the person on the phone would help me so i explained to him my issue and was met with anger he told me i was trying to get over on them and had already gotten 3 pizza and i wasnt getting anything else much less a refund and i never even took but the last pizza and then he hung up in my ear i will not be back i also will not be letting this go i will be calling corporanted .. this place is a disgrace to our small hometown and i...

HATEFUL employees! While we waited for our pizza to be made, the employee at the counter griped to a friend of hers that had come in the restaurant to visit about making our pizza! We were the only customers in the restaurant. She went on and on about how the phones should be turned off at least an hour before closing, and the doors locked because she has things to do, and pizzas take time to bake! She was telling her friend that she stops answering the phone toward closing time. Right in front of customers! The manager needs to start surprise phone calls and visits to their store. I will NEVER go to hungry howies again! They hire disrespectful, bratty children. She talked badly about us to her friend the whole time we were in the restaurant! We ended up waiting outside to get away from her. And she messed up our pizza anyway! We should have just left. Do your job instead of inviting friends to your workplace, or quit working there! I used to love this place. When we first moved down here back at the end of 2017, I would have dragged my friends there to try it out if I could. As someone that isn't fond of the taste of reheated pizza, I was both thrilled and surprised to find that the pizza here was actually able to keep it's flavor decently well when reheated. Fast forward to the last few months, and that quality has SEVERELY dropped. Now, whenever I get pizza there it tastes more like it's already been a reheated crust, so it's tough and has a weird flavor like it's been freezer-burnt. After getting that same flavor for the past few times we've ordered there, I think it's safe to say that it'll be a while before I really have the desire to eat their pizza again.
