This use to be my go yo store for pizza! However after noticing a charge of 24.15 on my bank ststement yesterday (knowing i haven't placed an order using that account in weeks/ months I called the store. I spoke with Joseph (zero help, definitely NOT management material) he stated that they noticed approximately 6 weeks ago their cc did not batch and they regarded ALL their customers. I asked for a receipt (witch he can not produce) he rambled my lady 2 transaction based off my telephone # neither witch are for the 24.15! I told him if he couldn't produce a receipt I wanted a refund. If I owe it ill pay it, but show me!! He would not give me the owner info so I expressed I would be contacting BBQ. He hung up on me. I drove to the store and he basicly said he doesn't have a receipt and he doesn't have any answers. Basically he told me that I came to the store and keyed in my own card. That he will contact the owner and call me back. I advised him that I would be contacting the police department to open a fraud case. With an attitude he replied are you accusing us of stealing I said I'm accusing someone of King and my number for a purchase that I did not make and he basically told me he didn't know what to tell me. Read moreRecently placed an online order. I was given 2 options where I live, and clicked the one with the lesser delivery time. A little while later I got a call from them, missed it and called back. The male employee told me they were TOO far from me and couldn't deliver and would have to cancel the order. That was fine, could've been a system error and I told him I would order from the other one, i just chose the one with the lesser time which was them. The problem here is that he got snappy and said the deliver time doesn't matter and it could vary anywhere.The attitude was completely unnecessary and unwarranted. There was no reason for it since I was understood the reason given, it's okay and long as I'm not charged, thank you for letting me know. Not sure if he had a long day or what, his attitude and demeanor over the phone was unacceptable and enough for me to make sure I never order here AT all. If he's that upset over people ordering based on the listed delivery time, he needs to take that up with his management team and have it resoluted with the website, not go on a rant to a online customer who placed the order. This was a simple issue.

Read moreMy son loves their pizza but these people can't get anything right two months ago I had an order for my sons birthday party it took just over an hour to get it and four out of the five pizzas wasn't even cooked all the way through. And it was only to have cheese. When i called they said they would get news out asap because i was in the middle of a birthday party another hour before i get the second ones and they was burnt and hard. The manager didn't seem to care didn't even say sorry. Tonight my son begged for there pizza so,we tried again we orded a ham,pineapple,olive aon one side ham,bacon,olive on the other with cherry pepsi. We get it after 45 mins it has pepperoni,onions,bacon I call tell the manager they have messed up again for the second time in three months. He says hed get another one out asap and to my surprise the second one was wrong too having bacon,ham and olives. And was under cooked.My lord how hard is it to get a pizza right I called back and he was very rude and didnt offer to fix the matter at hand so, I will have to disapoint my son we won't be ordering...
