Jack's Donuts & Antonio's Pizza Pit — Restaurant in Florida

The donuts were average, nothing to write home about. The customer service on the other hand was atrocious. I was there at 6:30 am, no one else was in waiting in the store. I ordered dozen donuts but before ordering, I mentioned they were going to teachers in 2 different classes and wondered if I could have them in separate boxes. The lady (an older woman) was clearly put off by this request and said all they had were the large boxes for orders of that size. She put all in one box and when I was checking out I asked if I could have an extra empty box and I’d separate the donuts for the classes. Once again she huffed, and was completely annoyed, lecturing me on how donut boxes were expensive. I would have probably been willing to even pay extra for the additional cardboard box but her attitude was just so aggressive about it. Instead I told her to forget about it and I left with my box of donuts.

Although their donut shop is close in proximity to my house, in the future I will drive down to UTC and for 5-0 donuts and avoid terrible customer...

Gwen the manager was awesome and friendly. A sample box brought me here and I ended up coming back with my boyfriend to try even more. My boyfriend’s favorite, so far, is the peanut butter donut and mine is the toasted coconut donut. These donuts are not too sweet and don’t leave you feeling like crap later but THEYRE HUGE.

So far besides the peanut butter and toasted coconut flavors we’ve tried: a chocolate glazed donut ( normally my least favorite but was one of my favorites out of the sampler) an Oreo chocolate donut of some sort, a normal glazed, a jelly filled (literally a toaster strudel flavor filling, wish the filling was more spread out and less), an MnM donut, a icing filled iced donut, a cinnamon fritter thing, the cream cheese cannoli one and an iced purple...

Good selection of donuts. Worker was not friendly at all. No small talk at all, even when trying to initate it. Didn’t have any patience when trying to select donuts. Charge included a 4% service fee. When I asked what it was, she said it was for using the machine. Wasn’t posted anywhere and when I asked about it, she said (everyone does it). When I said I don’t (I also have customer facing businesses), she brushed it off with an unnecessary comment. When I tried to print my receipt, she hit a button so the screen went away. I said, “I needed my receipt”. She acted put out that she needed to print one for me. Will find another place for donuts if I ever visit...
