I just walked in at 10:20pm on a Saturday, I had checked the website and Maps and it said they closed at 12 and the kitchen was open until 11.. when we walked in (myself and 4 other family members), the bartender made a snark remark about a “family” walking in and made a hand slitting their throat gesture.. the manager also came out and let us know that the kitchen was closed, which is totally fine if the website is wrong but we didn’t need to be treated like that. The bartender was just so rude and although who I assume was the manager, a blonde woman, was polite, the bartender was disgusting and rude and the other servers who ran up to be sure to tell us their kitchen was closed and we could see ourselves out to the closest Applebees if we wanted something to eat “so late”…. I really didn’t mind that the kitchen was closed but it was the way we were treated and the side remarks that I didn’t appreciate. I hope the manager heard the bartender and the servers and put them in their place after we left. We did in fact go down to the Applebees and enjoy our food! PS- update your hours on Google and Maps. Thanks!

First visit. We quite enjoyed this place. The atmosphere is fun, lots of sports on the TV's. We sat on the patio-nice breeze with the fans. Our server was Brittnee, very attentive, and as we mentioned it being our first visit, she was great with suggestions and descriptions of various dishes. When we noticed several 'Buffalo' dishes (i.e. Beef on Weck) we looked to see if they were based out of Western NY...and it looks as though the owners are from that area. My husband is from that area, so this will be a great place for various dishes that he likes. He had the fish tacos (loved them) with a side of rice--his comment was that the rice wasn't sticky (most often, rice tends to be too moist and sticky, when we've gotten it). I had the 'Chopped Sticks' dish. It was great, a nice stir-fry type dish with great flavor. I added blackened chicken (next time I'll know to decline the mushrooms) and opted for pasta. We also tried the Key Lime Pie (very good, more dense than I am used to). Overall, very pleased.

This is a nice restaurant to unwind, have a decent meal, and maybe take in a ballgame on one of their many televisions. We started with the potato skins, and they came out hot, and they were delicious. For our main courses, my daughter selected the Mahi tacos. She said she enjoyed them, but I noticed that she didn't finish all of them. I opted for the Chicken Parmigiano. The chicken was tender enough to cut with my fork, and it was smothered in cheese. I thought it was very good. The accompanying red pasta was okay, but I didn't particularly like the flavor of the red sauce. The service was excellent as our server checked in on us occasionally, and she made sure my tea was full. There is a welcoming atmosphere with several televisions airing a variety of sports. Overall, it was a good experience. I am planning on returning to try some of their other offerings from their large menu.

To the owner: If you’re wondering why this location is slower than the rest, it’s because the staff is rude and incompetent. Today, I accompanied my father who was meeting some old friends who he hasn’t seen in 40 years. He is in a wheelchair so he actually called to confirm the accommodations yesterday and whoever he spoke to was rude, cut him off and then hung up on him. Today our experience was not much better. The food was pretty good and the kitchen service was fast which is the only reason I’m leaving a two star review instead of one star. After eating our lunch, the waitress brought the tab (which was all on one check)… my father promptly gave her his card, which was swiped and returned. I handled the receipt and tip for him so he was able to enjoy his conversation uninterrupted. Our waitress was given over 20% as we spent about an hour at her table. As my father was leaving- he was spoken to like a criminal when the manager told him “you’re not leaving because you haven’t paid your bill!!” He stopped in the doorway (his wheelchair holding the door open with zero assistance from your staff). My father being the only one who apologized for the confusion and immediately pulled the customer copy receipt from his pocket. At this point he was told again that he hadn’t paid and could not leave. I personally made sure the signed receipt was placed in the black leather folder that it was brought to us in, was signed and left visibly on the table. The staff magically found the signed copy and said it was on a chair under a napkin which i know is not true. Now I understand that things happen, but to be accused of not paying our bill after the waitress CLEARLY had to swipe the card it had been paid on is completely asinine. And THEN there was zero apology offered and the staff actually tried to argue with me about it, after I came back inside to make sure everything was taken care of. I was given a dirty look and just straight attitude from your staff and manager. As I am aware, you have cameras, so when your staff tries to tell you otherwise about their side of the story… i highly suggest you check your cameras. We will never be back. The way this situation was handled is...

Went there tonight to the one on 70. Have been here many times. On the way to the table I stopped at the bathroom in which the toilet was broken and didn’t flush. Anyway got seated and waiter came to take drink orders. He quickly came back with the soda and water. The other drink was from the bar. After a while of not returning with the drink or asking if we wanted to put in apps, I got antsy. I found a female waitress who was attending to a large party. She asked if she could help us and I told her our waiter disappeared. Granted the place was more than half empty. she actually took our appetizer order. Our waiter finally showed up with the drink and took our food order. I told him we already ordered the app. We ordered 3 entrees and I also ordered soup. App came it was Good. I needed another drink and more pita bread and again waiter was no where to be found. I went inside to look for him. There was one table seated in the entire main dining. Every other waitress and waiter were on the floor except ours. Manager was too busy laughing it up with people at the bar to notice anything. The same waitress found me inside and I said he disappeared again. She was great. As I was walking back outside our waiter appeared and was heading to our table with our meals. I asked him, I guess no soup first? He stated he wasn’t aware I wanted my soup before my meal. I said cancel the soup. Food was good. The waitress actually would stop by and ask if we were good. Our waiter was slow and lackluster in a restaurant that barely had any customers. Manager was clueless and more happy laughing it up with patrons. One the way out the manager was sitting at a table alone playing on his phone. He made eye contact with us and said good night. I said hey your toilet is broken. He said which one? I said the men’s, he said, oh it’s just the latch came off the handle. I said “I don’t fix toilets” and left. I won’t be back. Maybe go to the one on Webber and try that one. Overall good was good came out hot but manager sucks and it trickles down to some of the employees. Wish we would have gotten the waitress instead she...

Had a kind of messed up experience at this place. 1st time, went to watch the Bills v Rams NFL season opener. Food was good, drinks were cold, service was fine...but as the game was approaching halftime, at around 945PM, the bar staff announced that the bar would be closing at 10PM. There was another entire half of football, and this place apparently markets themselves as a "Bill's Backer Bar"....so it was odd that they would close mid-game with a bar full of football fans. In any event, they cashed out everyone for their food and drinks at 10PM. I was with a buddy and our combined bill for drinks, beef on weck and an order of wings was around $90. We settled up in cash, $110 with tip, and started making plans to find another place nearby to watch the remainder of the game. After settling up, and after some staff discussion, they announced they would stay open for the rest of the game, which was great. My friend and I each had another drink and watched the remainder of the football game. At the end of the game we were brought our bill for what we assumed were the additional drinks we had had, but upon closer inspection was a new bill for roughly $120. We explained that we had settled up our original dinner and drink bill, as the staff had settled up the entire bar at 10PM when they first said they were closing. They claimed they had no record of us paying our tab, so we wound up having to pay our entire bill twice. I cannot...
