If I could give 0 stars I would! Let me preface this with the young lady working the register (short hair, very sweet) was absolutely amazing, welcoming, and probably saved her “claiming to be the district manager” from having my Sunday thrown at his head!!! She notice I was taking my food Togo and asked me if I wanted a lid for my Sunday, which she promptly brought: Kudos! Here comes the problem, I met my friend who was watching my daughter for me there to do kid swap! They had already eaten and had been there for at least 45mins. My daughter wanted a blizzard so I ordered one with my meal and when it was time to go we realized that she would be taking it in my friends brand new car. So I asked if I could have the same Sunday lid they gave me to sit the cup in to keep the ice cream from melting onto my friends seat! It’s Florida and 83* in February! The first employee young lady looked at us like we were crazy so then Mr. Johnathan Johnson pops around and says it’s against protocol to give a Sunday lid for a blizzard. I explained we were not capping it but rather putting the cup inside to keep the car safe. He still argued with me and literally refused to give me a 2¢ piece of plastic! After spending $40 between both families I am flabbergasted that they couldn’t part with a lid protocol or not! We were not trying to put a lid on the cup and regardless if we were, it should have been, yes ma’am, here you go!! He proceeded to argue with me, and told me he was not only the General Manager but the District Manager when I asked for a card, he gave me the one pictured! I don’t know how this man is able to manage a restaurant breaking the number one hospitality rule (The Customer Is ALWAYS Right)! Not to mention he has his nasty long unkempt hair down working around food and beverages. Protocol in any restaurant is you keep your hair tied back into a ponytail so that it doesn’t end up in someone’s food!! Health department needs to pay them a visit as does a higher up manager. I am so very disappointed and disgusted, we will never spend another dollar in this establishment. It was as easy as parting with...
Read moreI came here to review this place because I work in the lead generation industry and know how important Google reviews are. To get a company to open their eyes to something that the public sees but maybe they don’t. That being said I find it disconcerting that a well respected reviewer gave an honest opinion about the degradation of the entire ceiling and other things, then the manager merely commented the same way they did any negative review …”blah blah blah we hope you give us another chance.” Well friend, it’s been a week at the least since you responded to that woman and others, yet nothing appears to have been done. All the air vents pretty much are rusted on every metal surface amongst the dirt that needs to be removed, leaking tiles everywhere etc. Upon my initial arrival I almost bit the dust because the tiles were so greasy. The only pleasant thing about the entire experience was just as the prior reviewer Linda said, the smiling young lady who took our sort of complicated order in stride. While they did end up getting it wrong in the end I guess they tried and they pleasantly and immediately made it right. By the way almost every table was completely dirty. So much so I got my own napkins and water and washed the table three times before it came up without black on it. Someone needs to find a professional Commercial Cleaning Company….or teach whomever cleans for you that their laziness echoes on your pockets. I know I won’t be back until...
Read moreSo my wife was all about getting the Flamethrower Burger because she had many of them years ago when she lived in Tampa. I have never eaten anything but ice cream at DQ, but went anyways.
There was NO PRICES on the drive up menu. Nothing on drinks, sides, sandwiches....so I have no idea what it costs.
I ordered a double cheese Stackburger + LG fries. She had the Flamethrower stackburger combo with fries and drink.
Fries were absolutely cold. Burgers were not labeled properly and she was confused by the lack of heat in her sandwich, while one bite of mine was spicy. Cheese on both was not melted, and the overall size and appearance WAS NOT 1/3lb. NO WAY! In size, it was smaller than a double cheeseburger from BK or MCD. The bacon on my double patty was one 3" piece and one about 1".
Even my wife (who so badly wanted to eat there) said she would not return. I'm considering going to MCD and getting a QtrLb and going live online with a food scale when I compare to this fake 1/3 lb Stackburgers.
And I thought it was odd that not a single item on their website has a price until you actually add it to your order and check your cart....
