When in about 2 o’clock to get a quick lunch because the Jersey Mike’s and Lady Lake is always so fantastic and we didn’t know this location existed so we shopped at Publix went over to get some lunch. Let me just say that since Covid most places suffer from short staffing, and I understand that, as I am a bartender, and have been for the past 15 years. We walked in nobody said hello or anything. There was an older gentleman behind the counter. He looked so miserable. He just stood there until I opened my mouth first Then was annoyed because I didn’t know what I wanted so finally, I ordered my sub and my boyfriend was still looking and he said that’s all for you and I said no he’s gonna order something so once again, he was annoyed that we were ordering something else as this all was going on. There was a girl with short hair, changing out the trash bag. She hurled the trash over the counter then with her foot jumped over the counter, that I am about to get my sub on. It was absolutely gross. I almost said I’m done right there but I was so hungry . The older gentleman made our Yeah subs did not ask if we wanted mayo condiments anything then the girl with the short Hair cashed us out did not ask us if we want drinks or straws or anything like that so I spoke up and said can I have two ramekins of mayo, and there was another guy that was cooking the subs that seemed very annoyed , mayo and ramekins gave it to the girl with the short hair, she rung me up before I even had a chance to say I wanted to drink. Finally, I spoke up and said I’ll take two drinks and she was annoyed too. Then we get in the car and our surprise the subs were terrible. There was no condiments. The cheesesteak had barely no cheese. It was dry. It was nothing like the location and lady Lake. I will never come back to this location super unprofessional staff, and not friendly at all. Read moreOn saturday, April 6th at 8:35 PM, I ordered two giant subs on Rosemary, one with mustard, one with honey mustard. I ordered delivery through the app, and when my subs were delivered, the bread on both of them was white and hard, the one that was supposed had mustard, had no mustard, and only had three slices of bacon for the whole sub. I have called the store to complain and the GM Tony told me he would only give me a refund for one of them, he said he was out of rosemary that's why I got white, I told him she should have contacted me to let me know and he told me he had a business run so we didn't have time to communicate with the customer and he said he would refund one. then he couldn't figure out how to do a partial refund, I told him at the end of the day both sandwiches were wrong, and he told me I could only get a refund if I brought my sandwiches back to the store. I live 30 minutes away. I would get there after closing , he then started to yell at me and argue with me over the phone saying that he has a business to run and he can't help that he runs out of stuff and that he can't just give me a refund because it was a $45 order, but he could right my name down for a free giant my next visit. I had a problem with delivery before, and the store manager was a different lady and she was able to refund me she actually knew how to take care of customers. I am a restraint manager myself, I know how stressful things can get. However at the end of the day, customers should always come first and feel valued. You wouldn’t have a paycheck without your customers. At the end of the day I felt very disrespected by Tony, he never should’ve spoken to me that way. my fiancé, and I eat there at least once a week. Read moreNormally I would post 4-5 stars, they always do well. However this time I decided to order the Big Kahuna cheese steak, with extra meat and cheese, with the wrap instead of the bun. It was the first time I have tried their wrap. As I was eating it, it all looked like wrap, but had a "meaty" taste.. but I never did see any steak. I thought it was mostly wrap, so I kept eating, expecting to find the steak. I never did. By the time I got to the end, I decided to start pulling away the excess wrap.. but as I looked at it, I realized it must be some kind of meat. I have no idea what it was.
